This store continues to have the worst customer service ever! I only go here because they are the only ones with the product I need. It should be a fun happy environment and it is ALWAYS horrible / they are so unfriendly and always inconvenienced when you need to make a purchase. I’d be thrilled to never shop there again

NEVER let Mary at brow bar touch your eyebrows. I went in for a clean up of my eyebrows since my threading place was unexpectedly closed. Mary drew lines to “map” my eyebrows and when she asked if it was okay for her to “fix them” I said no thank you as I have thin eye brows as it is and it’s hard for them to grow back. She proceeds to wax my eyebrows, tells me one arch is higher than the other. I said “I know naturally they are especially from having different threaders over the years but it’s fine and barely noticeable” she continues to wax my eyebrows to reveal at the end she has taken one of my eyebrows to half of the width which didn’t even match the other side. They didn’t make me pay for this or the lip wax, but I am so extremely upset about this. There was clear communication and direction throughout the entire process but apparently Mary does what Mary wants and now I have two huge events in my life where I have to show up with one 2001 pencil thin eyebrow. She should honestly not be allowed to work as a waxer moving forward.

I honestly had such an amazing experience at this ulta specifically. Nayeli was an outstanding pleasure. I went in to get a color match and she helped me with everything and she had such an amazing and caring personality and she knew what she was doing. i’ll definitely be back.

I believe the manager is racially profiling people and in a very gross obvious manner. My boyfriend and I entered the store to no greeting from the counter people which is fine they could be busy or whatever. We were looking for a cologne for him and a woman who was rotund with badly bleached hair came over and stood so close with her thick arms crossed over her broad chest like a bouncer… it was so obvious we both literally looked at her and back to each other and laughed out loud. I figured since she wanted to be in our business and follow us she could at least help us I asked for a case to be opened for something and she didn’t acknowledge my speaking to her and just looked at another girl and said “you can help them.” The girl did while the bloated whale of a manager continued to just stare at us with an almost angry face. Also the store didn’t have any of the scent sample papers out except one little pile. Also it’s a dirty store.
Edit after looking at other’s reviews of their experiences at this store it would appear that racial profiling is alive and well here.
We will not be purchasing anything from Ulta again Sephora is better anyways.

Marinna does super good highlights. From start to finish everything went smoothly and everything came out great. Told her I’m not picky about my hair. I honestly care about service the most. At places like this you need to trust the process and let them do their work. I do like going to different stylists and getting a variety of others creativity but will definitely stick with marina for a while!

Renee assisted me with care and patience. She made my experience at Ulta a great one and I will definitely be back! Highly recommend, they have a lot more stuff here than the other stores, fully stocked!

I’ve been in retail where they force you to get credit cards, rewards/emails, etc. I was walking around at this location looking for concealer and who I can only assume is a manager pulled this girl to the side (at the very front of the store) and starts talking to her about where she’s not excelling and what her goals should be. My manager’s used to do this to me and I felt SO embarrassed because everyone and their mother could hear it. I put down what I was going to buy and walked out. Treat your employees better than that.
