Absolutely great experience! 🙌 Amazing crew—super polite and helpful. The store was clean, organized, and well maintained. I was in and out in just a few minutes, which is always a win. The staff really knew their stuff too, which made everything easier. Big shout out to management for running a tight ship. Will definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After paying for a 2nd day air delivery, UPS took 7 days to make the delivery. Corporate UPS customer service said the fault was the local UPS store and they would not refund any of the $85 that I paid. UPS corporate told me to go back to the local UPS and they would refund my costs. So, I went there today and spoke to the manager Brett Pappalardo who was rude and arrogant, telling me that UPS does not guarantee delivery of 2nd day air packages and also told me that "you should have read the fine print". Unbelievable arrogance and deception. I asked to speak to the owner and this manager would not give me his phone number. He told me that the owner was "an absentee owner" and may or may not return my call since he was "hands off and didn't really know the business". These people stole $85 from me. Don't allow this to happen to you. Avoid UPS on Summerlin Road next to Publix.

I recently had an outstanding experience with the UPS store and felt compelled to share. I needed to package a delicate item and wasn't sure about the best approach.
