I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, in the very nice lady behind the counter was very patient and listened to what I needed. She helped me out and provided the exact services I need to ship my items. I will definitely come back to the store again.

My experience at The UPS Store has always been pleasant. Stop by this location if you need anything related to shipping, printing, mailbox, notarial services, etc. Great employees and a great location. A special shout-out goes to Sophia for all her help. Thank you!

Dropping off an Amazon package today was easy and quick. Mom loves to buy things and then return them so this was part of the errands this afternoon. The parking was decent in this shopping center parking lot - bigger vehicles will have challenges.
The store is tidy and organized so it was a piece of cake to pop in, wait to hand over the package, get a receipt and be back on my way.

Friend sent package to me from here tracking number says USPS never scanned in a package i the called store there first response was it says it’s delivered . They told me to take it up with usps went to usps they said tracking number never made it into there system. After numerous calls to ups store they flat told me nothing they can do I’m out $200 so needless to say they suck . UPDATE I got my lost package in the mail today I’d say the owner of this store is a man of his word and that’s hard to find these days. It was late arriving but he made good found my package and got it to me . That’s deserves some respect

I’ve been using this store for shipping and returns for several years, never had a problem. The store is small with 2 points for transactions so sometimes there is a line but if I can’t wait I just come back later. I’m glad this service is available at this location.

I work across the street so I come to this UPS store. And I have always found the people here to be rude. No one acts like they want to be there. I get what you’re doing may not be super fulfilling but if you’re in Customer Service, you gotta put a smile on your face!

I am not a rude person at all and am super respectful to employees because I understand what employees deal with on the daily and I work for Amazon. I came at 4pm when there’s a man maybe in his early 30s with black hair. When I come in for something quick and simple I don’t except a grown man to be giving me a nasty attitude over one small mistake I wasn’t aware of. Mecari says to package the item then bring it to you guys and have you guys scan a QR code. It doesn’t specifically say what you guys are scanning the label for so I thought it was just for proof that I dropped it off. Until this grown man told me that it’s to print the label. He then proceeded to tell me that I had him scan the QR code for no reason with a disgusting attitude and tried to keep going almost like trying to start an argument. I have been to ups before and done it once and the employee never said anything to me so I’m guessing she just disregarded the extra label like how this man could have easily done. Yes I did make you print an extra label but i was unaware. There is absolutely zero reason to be so hostile and rude.

Quick service, in and out all the time. It is conveniently located next to publix down the street from my house. I used their notary service which is about half other notary services in town.
