This place must be privately owned. Because I walk in and ask for a receipt for a copy of my paid package she told me I needed to take a picture of it. Guess she didn't want to use her paper . But everywhere else but this place were more than happy to give you a receipt.

The folks in this store are so nice and helpful. I often see them helping people who do not know how to navigate a return with Amazon or who are unsure of the procedure to package something that they need to mail. The clerks are always patient and offer help and stay friendly even if customers become unpleasant or rude. This store is great...they can do it all!
I have never had a long wait, and it is often a busy place.

I feel completely ripped off by this store.
On January 2, 2025, I paid $57.81 to send a package overnight from Fort Myers, FL to West Palm Beach, FL—a drive of about three hours. Despite paying for overnight service, the package didn’t arrive until four days later.
Once it finally arrived, I called the store and spoke to Patty, who assured me I would be receiving a refund in the mail. After about a week with no refund, I visited the store in person. Patty told me it could take a few more weeks to process.
Still, nothing.
I returned again and spoke with both Patty and Mike. Mike took over and told me the store does not issue refunds and that I had to call 1-800-742-5877 (UPS customer service). So, I called. UPS confirmed they could not issue the refund—that it had to be requested by the shipper (the UPS Store), and that the store was well aware of the process. (UPS confirmation call number: 0295244874.)
I went back to the store, explained what I was told, and waited while Patty and Mike went to speak with the “owner” in the back. After a few minutes, Patty returned and said the owner would contact the main office and then call me with an update.
No call. Again.
I followed up with UPS and asked to speak with a manager. I requested they conference the store into the call. They got Mike on the line—the same person who had been giving me the runaround. The UPS manager and Mike both agreed that Mike should have initiated the refund and said he would do so immediately. Mike also promised to keep me updated on the status.
A week later—still no call.
So I followed up again. Mike finally told me the refund was denied and that I would not be getting my money back.
As of April 15, 2025, I’ve still received no refund, no resolution, and no accountability. I paid for a service I absolutely did not receive, and despite repeated assurances and multiple follow-ups, I’m left empty-handed.

We always go to this UPS store, usually no issues but the last two times we’ve been in here. I’m not sure this guy‘s name that works there but he is not pleasant. Does not say good morning. Hi, how are you and when he gives you the receipt, never says a word Thank you would be nice. After all, we are paying for his job.

Absolute horrible customer service for the most part. ( there is on lady there that tries to be helpful on the phone, blond older ?) UPS driver delivered my package there according to shipping info. It wasn’t there and they would do nothing to locate it. Would not call cooperate, the driver or manager. On top of all that they will up charge you 5$ you have even an ups packed dropped there. No one’s job

8 people in line and one working the counter. What customers want to wait twenty minutes in line to drop off a package? I just left because they were mind numbingly slow.

Just left your store at 5:45 to go to a different location because the girl working was so ridiculously rude and absolutely did not want to be there! She was a young girl with short black thick curly hair working with a nice Asian woman. It was 545 and she clearly did not want me to be there. I clarified by asking, “you’re open until 6 o’clock, correct?” From there, her rude, yawning, horrible attitude went further downhill and made me take my things off the scale and leave. I took a minute to post this review so that hopefully the owner can make some adjustments with their customer service. This woman clearly does not belong working with the public or providing any type of customer service. You can congratulate her and let her know that she has successfully ruined my evening.

This store is ridiculous. Customer service is a joke. They are not helpful nor pleasant to deal with. Our package was scheduled to arrive on Saturday guaranteed. As of 4: 00 when they closed they had not received any deliveries. We had online notification of delivery by midday Monday. We stopped at 2:30 and they said they didn’t have it nor could they help us find out where it is. UPS is one of the most tech advanced delivery companies but their affiliates are a true black eye. When needing a package shipped to Fort Myers you better try Fed Ex.

If you expect UPS service this isn't the place for you. Waited 5 minutes with 3 employees in there, 1 was eating, 1 was messing with another box and the other was talking to both of them.

Stopped by to ship out two packages. With any people in line, the staff was having social hour ignoring everyone else

Be prepared for long lines and waits for service in season or off. There are never enough people working. When you finally get to the counter, good luck if they have trouble reading your QR code for an Amazon return. You will be belittled and berated for not knowing how to adjust your phone screen, even though you've never been asked to do that before. You will be made to feel stupid and inept. When you later call to complain to the manager/owner, of course no one is available except the person who was so awful to you. I will make sure to go miles out of my way to never use this outlet again.
