The people that work here are very rude. Customer service sucked. They wouldn’t help tape my package and said I had to buy my own tape when I have always had them tape it. Overcharged me to print off a label!! Very unpleasant when they told me I had to call Amazon for another shipping label. Don’t go here. Also never welcomed us in or said anything on our way out.

We have used the Iona ups store for several years. It must be under new management. The new staff is disorganized and improperly trained. Last week, we sent a document to be delivered next day but it didn't arrive for 2 days, despite paing almost $60. In addition, we went today to use the Notary service. They had no idea when the notary works or would be back, and seem perturbed anyone would ask. We are taking our business elsewhere.

Came in around 10:00 on a Thursday. How do you manage to do business without greeting a customer, never made any eye contact. Felt like I was a annoying problem being at the store. Not the first time.Fair is fair and there are several professional employees that do wonderful customer service.The owners know the problem. Put the gloomy workers in the back of the house. They would probably be happier. Sometimes that’s a good move for an employee that cannot connect with the public.I edited the time. Realized it was wrong. Time in store was just before 10.00 am.

I was here earlier today and I came in not knowing what I had to do for some Amazon returns and a shipment I needed. Maddy, the girl that helped me was extremely friendly and helpful through what originally would’ve been stressful. Thanks UPS store !

When I walked in there were 4 employees in the store. One was waiting on a customer, one was talking on the phone, the other 2 were standing in the back of the store doing nothing in spite of the 3 people in line in front of me.When I finally got waited on, the clerk saw that I was doing an Amazon return. She Immediately told me the Amazon computer was down and she didn't know when it would be back up. I drove 5 minutes to another UPS store and they immediately took the box and the print out I had of the return, scanned it, printed out a label and gave me a receipt and said "thank you very much".I think the real problem was I already had the article in a box so they couldn't charge me for a box and so they turned me away.

horrible customer service. we got there 15 minutes before close. was not greeted when coming through the door with numerous heavy boxes. was stared at, and then they proceed to tell us that their register was down, because it was 5 minutes till close(though it was in fact 15 minutes till close). do not bother coming here, take your packages some where else that actually sticks to their scheduled hours.

We went there recently to inquire about a pricey Amazon return that we had dropped off 5 weeks prior which had not yet been received by the seller. Therefore, we had not received a refund. Paige was the customer service representative that rudely did not attempt to help us. She was rude, disrespectful and offensive! I mentioned our experience to some of my friends. Their response was that they knew exactly who we were referring to and that they had also encountered rude experiences with her. Never encountered anything like the experience we had ever before. It was so bad it was actually shocking.

I work a lot of hours and I shop Amazon. I will usually have multiple items to return by the time I can get to UPS. I sometimes feel guilty but I try and keep everything organized the best I can. I am always treated so nice and they are so patient! Just excellent customer service! I send my mom here also. She is 80 yrs. old and I know they will treat her kindly!

Good enough for me! Even after a hurricane they were open, easy, friendly. I was sending an Amazon package back. They scanned my QR code from my phone and wallah, printed the label and I was out. Thank you!
