I have been using this location for several years and I just wanted to take the time to thank Traci, Toni and Sam for exceptional service. They are patient, kind and understanding. I always look forward to a drop off, anf a fun HELLO! GOOD JOB FOLKS.

The staff at this UPS Store are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist you. They can help with almost anything you need related to shipping or receiving packages. I wouldn't consider going to any other UPS Store, even if it means traveling a bit farther. It's definitely worth it!

Excellent service and very courteous staff. Knowledgeable Owners and employees that always have a great attitude, all the time.

New cell phone was delivered to this location. System was updated that it was delivered there and Sam signed for it, yet they conveniently can't find it. Either the driver or Sam have a new phone. UPS IS THE WORST!

Excellent service by the gentleman working today. There’s a UPS store near me (avoid downtown location) but I drove several miles to come to this one because the reviews were better and it paid off. I will only come to this store for now on. Ya’ll take good care of this man! Thanks a million

While at first I was appreciative that they had a notary on site, I was frustrated with the process. I walked in and was trying to get myself organized and felt rushed to proceed with the notary. I made two different mistakes on the document because I was feeling rushed and the situation was just awkward. After realizing the two small mistakes I had made on the paper, I asked if we could do it again because I was afraid of it getting kicked back by the court and Toni stated I would have to pay the $10 again. I feel like I use this store so often that they should’ve been a little bit more understanding and not made a customer feel so rushed. I decided to just leave it be. If it gets kicked back, I will choose a different location or business to use.

Had an excellent experience tonight at this UPS store! Staci was extremely patient and understanding and gave great customer service. Miley came at the end and brightened my day. Both ladies were super sweet. I will happily be using this store going forward.

The staff at this location is awesome. They always keep the line moving. I arrived to a line of customers out the door and over seven snowbirds ahead of me. The staff here kept the line moving. I was outta there in four minutes.
I appreciate their hard work.

Gotta say the customer service level here is terrible. Asked a simple question and was spoken to like I was stupid. I think this place needs a class on how to speak to customers.

The employee scanned the same return label for both packages and then charged us for printing the wrong label. She had put the correct mailing label in the box. Then when I questioned her she gave me an attitude and told me to go out back and find the other package. If i had not seen this mistake my very expensive items never would have been delivered to the correct places. This woman was incredibly unprofessional and’ should been spoken to about this.
