Sorry to say this but UPS is not for the people that that just for the money that they told lie after lie and try to do whatever they want to the funny thing is they think they can drop it off with our your name sind or not been at home to let others to still when you call the workers are rude as hell when you ask a question about the package they hang up on you or put you on hold them a hang up that's funny you say sorry all the time and saying your going to fix something but you all don't do anything so your not sorry at all

If I could give a negative number of stars I would! We have been waiting on a package for days! No one calls back like promised. You cannot call the local facility! They say they attempt delivery but don’t! I waited for 4 hours Friday evening because they promised it would be delivered and it never was! Been on the phone all morning trying to get it again and so far no luck!!! Insane!

Every time someone decides to ship through UPS I never get my package... USPS recognizes my house just fine, FedEx finds my house just fine... But when a package goes through UPS it's always marked incorrect address. And then fort Myers sends it to Riviera Beach and Riviera Beach marks it incorrect address and sends it back to fort Myers and I guess eventually they get tired of shipping it back and forth and then just throw it away because it always disappears. I'm always promised a phone call from the local facility however I never get that phone call. If just as much energy was spent actually delivering my package then trying to avoid talking to me.... I don't know. As someone else has already said in their review I have no idea how UPS manages to stay in business. Honestly you guys don't even try to resolve any issues you just bounce people all over the place

Package did not arrive when notified it would. Drove 20 miles to pick up and was told it was on truck. Wasted trip because they never sent tracking update soon enough.

Paid for airfreight package did not arrive takes forever to talk to a person automated system is the worst on the planet can’t believe they can stay in business. For a company of this size to be so unreliable is unacceptable. Their mistake is costing thousands of dollars and all they can tell me is that they are sorry can’t even tell me where my package is.

After going to my local UPS store twice and calling UPS customer service I was told two different answers. The customer service rep was in India and told me incorrect information. After four trips to UPS I was finally told that they do not ship fire arms. It should not have been that difficult to give me that answer. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Customer service at it's finest!

Offered me a position and filled it while I was waiting on their background check company that never updated my file. The HR rep with UPS consistently told me, “There’s nothing we can do,” but after calling to file a complaint with their background company, they told me they had all of the correct information and that my file was just never updated. Next day I’m getting a email saying the position is filled. I was also told I’d be reimbursed for my DoT physical at orientation but that didn’t happen since they canceled everything. Emailed Human Resources for a follow-up to at least have the company requested physical paid for and they ghosted me. “What can brown do for you?” Nothing, I guess.

I change the delivery option for next door neighbor and also leave a big note with instructions to deliver the package next door. NEVER DONE.

UPS is terrible. They have delivery "exceptions" all the time and constantly lose packages. No customer service at all. Terrible company.

Not really a ups center for customers. They can't even use a scan code for returns. Was sent here by another ups location.
