I can't say enough about the customer service at this location! Thank you Angie for the amazing job packing the lamp shade and large print! Both arrived safely and fully intact!! It took 20 minutes to unpack the print - which speaks to how well it was packaged. Thank you!

The customer service here is awesome. I called before coming and the lady that picked up the phone was very polite and answered my questions. Then when I came to print some documents, they were kind and patient with me. It was very appreciated! I definitely recommend

Lady at the cashier was very rude. All I was doing was dropping an amazon return which I've done many times at this location and she somehow managed to be rude. Staff are usually very nice at this place. Seems like she hates her job or is having a hard time at home. Blonde lady in her 60s

I had a great experience at this location. The notary was prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. After a frustrating interaction at another location where I was told a split signing couldn’t be done, it was refreshing to be assisted by someone who clearly understood proper notarial procedures and approached the situation with professionalism and care. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend this location for any notary needs.

Great UPS Store. Store is very clean and the entire staff is great.
They take care of you fairly quickly, advise pricing, print a label, put it on your package in front of you, give you a receipt, say thank and have a pleasant day. Again, a great UPS store.

Paid cash for a UPS shipment that was supposed to be delivered next day but didn't get delivered till second day. Called the store to asked for a refund of the difference between Next Day service and Second Day service. The person I spoke with said they would have the store manager call me back. The manager never returned my call. Be warned if you use their service you are taking a chance. UPS stores run completely different than the UPS company directly. Customers service at this store is 0.

Do not believe the website that says these locations are open on Sundays. They are not open. Hopefully this advice will save future UPS shoppers time and effort to find an open store on Sunday.

I went this morning at 9 am to drop my return package to Amazon. I said good morning, the young lady never responded to me and I am ok with that. My package was no tape (it didn’t request be packaged and label) but it was packed for me because was a Tiffany lamp and I ask her if she can tape her. She was very rude to me saying “next time let me know to tape your package “ I said I’m telling you now. She did really bad and I said please sell me a tape and I will do it because this is very fragile. She said I will do it. She only does a little tape in the second box, so the first box was open. My concern was isn’t a good taped the lamp can get broken. She did not care and then she dropped my package in the floor. I told her “this isn’t the way you should treat a customer” she just ignored what I said. If my return Tiffany lamp is broken will be absolutely her fault. Obviously she doesn’t care at all. This isn’t the first time the I get this kind of treatment from that store. I never complained. But today she was beyond rude.
