My aunt went to get her passport photo taken last year, it was rejected by the passport office for having too much space at the top. She went back with the rejection letter and the staff refused to acknowledge that it didn’t meet requirements. They wouldn’t take another photo unless she P aid again. Terrible customer service. The photo was also taken on a cell phone.

New employees not friendly. I have been going to this UPS store for years and recently two younger ladies have been working. They are not polite, nor overly helpful. When we return Amazon products I thought we were able to give it to an employee OR use the Kiosk, is that not the case, is the policy use the kiosk only now? I watched as the employee directed the customer to use the kiosk when it would have been so fast for her to scan it and give her a receipt. She wasn't pleasant to customers either. When customers walked in the two ladies looked like it was a chore to quit chatting and actually do their job. The one that helped me was kind but I watched as the other was a bit put off by it. So sad, I will be taking my business to another location now.

The worst customers service I have ever encountered. I try not to come to this location to avoid the personalities in this store. They don’t do anything to help you outside of their role. For example an elderly lady had trouble locating her return label on her phone and they sat there and watched her struggle and did not offer to assist. They were fine letting the line build up as she became overwhelmed. One girl even argued with me that I needed to put it in a box when in fact it was in the box the company shipped it in to deliver it to my home.

I been here few times and everything was good until I sent out 2 packages from this location. One successful and other lost. They told me to put in claim but status label created only. I am in the business which means the driver did not scan and the facility did not scan or anything from UPS did not scan. I find that hard to believe so it’s still at the store and they have no idea.

There was someone to open the door for me since I had a large package. The clerk boxed my items with care and sealed it properly. The staff was friendly and I was done quickly.
That team puts customers first and the service shows.

Visited the UPS store at the Gulf Coast Mall in Fort Myers and had excellent customer service by a helpful and efficient male employee. All employees should be so thoughtful and efficient.

The UPS stores around my house had really bad reviews so I drove a bit further to go to this one and I'm so glad I did! The guy working was so nice and on top of it, a line was forming while I was packaging up my items and he was really skilled at multi-tasking and helping customers on the 2 different terminals at once. I wish I got his name so he could get the kudos he deserves! Thanks again
