The UPS stores around my house had really bad reviews so I drove a bit further to go to this one and I'm so glad I did! The guy working was so nice and on top of it, a line was forming while I was packaging up my items and he was really skilled at multi-tasking and helping customers on the 2 different terminals at once. I wish I got his name so he could get the kudos he deserves! Thanks again

Totally disappointed in this store...took my package in to go to my daughter's for xmas. She sent me picture that was delivered..it was addressed to go to another location in next town over..but had a sticker on side of package with her address..2 days later a lady dropped off my package to my daughter..the lady lived in another town but was so nice to hand deliver it to my daughter. So someone at this store totally messed up at least 2 packages and who knows how many more..esp at xmas time...hope everyone who went to this store around xmas got their pakages delivered..won't go there again

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at the UPS office recently. I needed a label printed for my item, so I emailed it to their email address, expecting a nominal fee of 25¢ for the paper. However, I was shocked when my total came out to be $4.25, with the representative explaining that there was a 'printing charge' at that location. This unexpected fee left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service provided.

This is a nickel and dime location, they charge for everything. I always have issue when going there. This was the last straw. I guess the franchise owners need to re coup losses from purchasing this location. I would never never have a PO/mailing Box here.

Already paid for shipping on a label via Amazon and was charged $4 to print a label. And they charge $1 to put tape on a box.Perfect example of nickel and diming. These business practices are outdated.

By far, the best UPS store here in Fort Myers! Jonatas and Davi (I'm not sure if that's the curly-haired boy's name) are always helpful, whenever my husband and I have large boxes, they open the door and offer to carry the boxes.I go at least once a week, and they are always smiling, and it makes all the difference!

These people at the UPS STORE AT GULFCOAST TOWN CENTER are the best people in business to deal with.They take care of business and help you in anyway they can , every time I’ve been there and I have been there many times…they are extremely helpful. I actually got locked out of my car and they tried to help with that as well. Can’t say enough good things about them (i’m just sorry I didn’t get the names of two guys that help) The store is always clean and extremely well run!! THANKS for your kind services:)

A few weeks ago, I used this store to ship out my mother's birthday presents from me and my kids. I notified the clerk, that the items were fragile and he assured me they will be labeled fragile. I was charged over $50 to ship both boxes, they both arrived to my mother very damaged, no fragile label and the contents of her gifts were smashed and ruined. After being ran thru some hoops, I was able to file a claim. It has been 3 weeks since, no response. No refund, nothing. What a disappointment.
