UPS has lost a handmade afghan I mailed to a friend in Fort Myers. It took me a year and a half to make. It was only sent from Jacksonville, Florida, from a UPS Store, and should have been there in one day. The only information available online is that they had a mechanical issue with sorting machinery. That should not take 11 days to resolve. Since it was handmade and I mostly bought yarn a skein at a time, I don't have receipts for all of it. I can't even get much of a refund.

They lost my package ?, it is missed inside store that I drop off store #0905. I have a claim that thay never paid me back. Claim 0851410901A.All documentation has already been sent, employees have the same response investigation for more than 40 days. That's called stealing. I never go back again. Terrible employees and they don't know absolutely nothing.

Furniture delivery left at wrong address and in mail room rather than "at door" as arranged. Was able to locate it through kind neighbors. Called customer service where AI Robot was unable to understand the problem and offered no useful information. Found local freight number and very polite night person, delivery was dumped at 1702 today, was able only to suggest I call Thursday and talk to day dispatcher. Truly annoyed as I am physically unable to haul the chair to my building (apartment). UPS has a long record of doing better, especially since every building bears signage.

The folks who work there are great, I will be reserved because UPS it self is not good about there time and promised delivery date!!! We put the skid up for bid with a FIXED date. UPS freight won the bit and confirmed delivery, it arrived a week late. Blamed it on the snowstorm that went through 2 Weeks prior. Had employees here for a week, hotels, meals and miscellaneous expenses cost of company another week hotels meals, hotels and miscellaneous expenses. Then they had there charges based on 400 lbs. Pallet didn't weigh more than 200 lbs. Completely unacceptably, cost us over $10,000 in addition and I'm contemplating a Law Suit!

Not a good experience drove 45 minutes and could not get the palette off my truck did not ship with UPS.

This review is for ups freight in general, not this location. Important shipment has been sitting in Orlando for 3 full days untouched, called to find out they have trailers everywhere that need to be unloaded. This is a non peak time of year, totally unacceptable. They say due to the virus they are not making refunds or keeping any promises. Much better LTL carriers to use, never ups freight again for me.

Have been here many times to pick up awnings they are always courteous and do not mind the intrusion.
