About USPS Pick Up
One employee was very friendly and helpful, making a stressful situation pleasant and going above and beyond. The team working the pickup desk was so helpful and successfully fixed a delivery issue, saving the day. This location, though not a retail facility, has the best, most helpful and friendly employees to help the customer. People need to understand how the USPS makes decisions. Some packages were not delivered and an orange slip was left in the mailbox stating the package was not deliverable, even though the customer was home and outside. The POSTAL SERVICE is the best and cheapest way to ship or mail anything anywhere in the world, modernized with technology. Americans should be grateful for this federal service.

They’re not delivering my parcel even after request redelivery and confirmation. I’ve made a service request they closed the case without even taking to me. What’s the point of paying for delivery if I have to pick up my parcel that is 15 minutes drive from my home

They can never bring bigger packages to my door. They are not open on the hours of the pink/orange slips they give you. I work 5/7 days a week and they are open on sundays they close at 4!
4 should mean 4 not 3:55 pm when I arrived and the door was locked! I hope ur mangers watch the cameras

Be prepared to be treated like you’re soooo annoying/problematic for asking for any sort of help, or even just your package. Lol. Bad energy here. Treat others the way you’d like to be treated.
