I’ve been using this post office since the hurricane and they’ve been nothing but nice and every package has made it to where it was supposed to go. They also just added the ability to scan your packages, which is awesome ? Thank you

I've noticed quite a few negative reviews on this USPS location & while I've only stopped in to use their services a few times since I moved nearby a few yrs ago, I've found the staff to be very courteous & helpful (and all my packages were delivered). Should my experiences change going forward, I will edit my review.

Went in to mail 3 packages and was met with a very long line. I knew that it would be this close to Christmas. There were 3 employees working and the line moved quickly. All 3 employees spoke to me and were friendly. I was in and out in no time, even with a long line.

They Need USPS tracking print or, or you may risk Lost a boxed Item handed to them. No USPS package tracking number proof is given, you are sol if the USPS package vanishes. U. S. Postal service has no actual shipping record of it until a day or 2 later! Read their reviews BEFORE thinking about using them.

First, the lady at the counter is exceedingly rude. Second, I dropped of a package to be returned yesterday. She wouldn't give me any form of proof that I dropped it off. Of course, no where in USPS is my package showing. It is completely lost and I am out that money! STAY AWAY

The lady with black hair and glasses atThe front desk is very rude and disrespectful, she is very short with customers and said she was doing me a favor by taking my mail

Awful service lady at the front black hair glasses ripped a hole in my package, I asked if I could borrow a piece of tape, she said she needed to charge me a dollar, I told them they were terrible for doing that, she pushed my packages back to me and refuses to take my mail, mind you she was sitting there with no customers and said she was doing this service as a courtesy and doesn’t need to take my mail

Rudest employee I have come across. If you hate your job so much and hate dealing with people, do us all a favor and quit! You are driving customers away with your rudeness.

This used to be my favorite store for decades. When Covid19 began I went to mail a priority package only to see that the owner of this Hallmark store, working at the post office, did not have a mask on. When asked, he said "I dont like them ". So, I stayed away until today. Once again a mail worker was not wearing a mask because she said she has underlying conditions. She sure wasn't a quiet woman blabbing very loudly about her political views. She said I'm staying away from you, you stay away from me. It's kind of difficult when there isn't six feet from the counter to her. My point is if you can't wear a mask don't work directly with the public especially during a pandemic. Don't go to Kay's Hallmark, they do not follow the CDC guidelines.

Do NOT count on this location getting your mail to its destination. This is the second time, in less than 6 months, that my package has "vaporized". The first time, the package was never scanned and never showed up to its destination. Two days ago, I dropped off a package and it still has not been scanned and there is no sign of it. The staff claim that they are just the accepting facility and that the mail is picked up by "someone". Perhaps the USPS should look into this "someone" and relieve them of their job- permanently.
