This place is absolutely filthy. Handprints and smudge marks everywhere, windows and counter tops. Poor attitude from workers and I don't wonder why. It's dank in there and they have a mosquito problem inside the building. This seriously isn't what one would expect from a United States government building. Lines are long and no apparent interest in expediting the process. The standard is so low here and it's reflected in every facet. It's just disgusting. And yes, the package drop of is not consistently operational.

I don’t know if these mail carriers can’t read or they’re sick on their head, my package is always missing, don’t know if they put on trash, if they keep them or in different mailbox. Went there the other day and the clerk said I have to wait on the supervisor for my concern, couldn’t stay cause I gotta go to work. What about deliver everyone stuff in their exact mailbox. No they are rushing. Missing letters, packages or sometimes my package is open and missing stuff. That’s insane. 33901

The package drop-off never works, so you have to stand in line. There’s 5 stations but only 2-3 people working. Line is always long. No sense of urgency.

Worst post office ever. Nearly everytime I order something there is a mess up. Didn’t receive our Baby Welcome package we ordered, they said they couldn’t find it. Never heard back again. I ordered something last week, watched the tracking, saw it arrive at Fort Myers distribution center then to the local post office, next thing it says, they shipped it to Miami International Distribution center, now it’s in Opa Locka, why? It was in my town at my local post office. Now I’m waiting 3 or 4 more days because they sent it somewhere else after it was already here. These people suck, they’re rude and don’t want to help. Our postal driver delivers to the wrong mailbox and when I complain, she approaches me at my home and tells me she’s upset and she’s always been our postal driver, put the mail in the right box if you’ve been MY postal driver for years and years, why am I not getting my mail so I have to call the terrible local post office. They all need to be fired, they don’t like their job, they don’t like people.

Really miss informed about passport processing. My passport was damage and they were telling me do a renewal. Wrong process for damaged passport.

On June 12, 2025 I went to this post office to find out where my mail was. I put in an address change for my mail to go to my new address on May 25, 2025. No one could find my mail. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor came with my paperwork that I had filled out. She said the computer generated a forward date of June 17, 2025. I asked her how a computer can generate a specific day when I put in for forwarding my mail for May 25. She told me that I needed to loose the attitude. I didn't have an attitude until her bad attitude came out at me. I then asked her where my mail was from the middle of May up to today's date. No one could find my mail. She said she will go check. She came back with my mail that the mail man had because there was no forwarding address in the system for him to forward my mail to. She then advised me my mail would be forwarded to the new address that day and from then on. It is June 18, 2025 and I still have no mail forwarded to me from Fort Myers. This supervisor was rude and lying to me from the start. She does not belong as a supervisor. No wonder so many packages and mail get lost in that post office. Time for USPS CEO visits this place to see how rude and unprofessional some staff there are.

Our mail is delivered by this Post Office and their mail carriers. MULTIPLE times the mail has been delivered to the wrong address! My question is are these people on drugs? They need to get their head out of their ass and pay attention to the addresses and street. Today my mail was delivered two streets away and not even close to the street name.

Bunny was absolutely amazing. My package was supposed to be returned to sender a week ago and she still took the time and effort to go find it for me in the back. And she found it! I appreciate all the effort she put in!!

Today I have to give special thanks to Mr. JAMAAL who assisted me today, Friday, April 11, 2025, in the preparation of my son's Passport at the Post Office located at 2655 N AIRPORT RD, FORT MYERS, FL 33907, demonstrating at all times a great sense of humanism and professionalism, putting the quality of service of the United States Postal Service on high. after six weeks of absence the post office returned all my letters back to the sender and the postman wrote that I was gone for 90+ on the green card left in my mailbox which is a complete lie I waited at the post office for 0.5 hours for the manager who came and explained to me that they actually do whatever they want
