We were to receive an international package from France which unfortunately required a signature. Long story short, they left a paper for Redelivery in our mailbox on the first attempt. We filled out the form online, signed the paper, and left it in the mailbox. The package never made it out for delivery. Husband drove an hour to post office to collect it... they said they sent it back to France even though we were still within the 4-day window we were given to retrieve it. Made three service requests only to get a call that the package is on its way back to France a week after we attempted to get it and that the person that serviced my husband wasn't looking in the right place. No remorse for their lack of attention. Do better.

Absolute rudest people there. Jamal in particular. I waited a line 1/2 an hour and then told me I could not even ship a prepaid envelope because it was a third party even though I went through their website. ?? Then told me not to ask any questions and just push the buttons on the screen so we can get it shipped out. The whole USPS system needs an overhaul.

For the passport it says on the website Wednesday to Friday from 3 to 5pm you can go without an appointment, I arrived at 3:00pm no one wanted to help me because there were a lot of people (6 people) I don't know what they have there for and on the website I can get there without an appointment if it's for when they want, they sent me to downtown so that by the time I got to downtown it was going to be very late the traffic in Fort Myers is crazy anyway they don't have appointments either.

Terrible customer service, and they also close pick ups at 5 instead of 5:30. Our taxes can pay war for another country, but can't pay for 8h shifts in the post office

Jamie Harris Is The Worst Person You Guys Has Hired ! I am unhappy with her customer service ! This has been my favorite post office for the last 6 years and now that you guys newly hired her , my first experience with was horrible ! Please hire someone new !

Very Bad Customer Service from Terence, the supervisor at Airport Road Post office. He lacked judgement and any customer care discernment.The post-master James Chambers needs to reassess the protocols of this post office (Airport Road, Fort Myers)I am a Nurse Practitioner and I volunteered to take a package to the post office for an elderly handicap woman, who has no access to transport. She does not drive.I walked through the main doors of the post office at 5.30pm, tried walking towards the counters, and Laurence the Supervisor stopped me, saying we closed at 5.30pm. its now 5.31.You are 1 minute late. And proceeded to send me away.I explained to him that I do NOT need to pay, I have a pre-paid package for posting. There was no one behind me, and 1 customer in the post office. There were at least 3 employees behind the counter.He told me that they will go into 'overtime' to sort my package - a pre-paid postage that just needed the sticker.Laurence the Supervisor, said the postal workers need to close up and and leave at 5.30pm. Going until 5.31 is a big burden on the postal services. The postal worker proceeded to send me away.It took me 1 hour to pick up the package #traffic from the elderly handicap woman, drive to the post office, and return the package to her.Sadly I am on shift tomorrow, so can not return to the post office.I told her that, and she started to cry. Apparently she was waiting weeks to get this package posted (returned goods).Her deadline is this weekend, so sadly she will lose her money $$$. A financial burden, on her.I will arrange at my next pay cycle to give her some money. A challenge for me, during the holiday season, but seeing an elderly woman cry over losing her money is HeartbreakingOne expects a post office supervisor to have discernment. Laurence was lacking in any customer service etiquette.If the postoffice wants their workers to clock out at 5.30pm and NOT go into overtime... then best you change the opening hours to end at 5.20 pm.This Airport Road post-office, has BAD customer service. Post master James Chambers should revise the policies.Less than 1 star is the service received, today.

Had a couple of international packages to send. Stood at the counter to fill out customs forms. The clerk Matt was so informative and friendly. Couldn't believe how cheerful and patient he was considering the holiday crush they were under. I could see the other clerks were the same way. Great staff there.

I have lived in Florida over 20 years now My wife and I have lived the last 10 years in the same neighborhood and in the last 6 months our new mail carrier every couple months or so, who has the master key so nobody else can be doing this, keeps putting a mint green new resident slip in our mailbox and just simply not delivering our mail for over 2 weeks at a time?! It's absolutely ridiculous! I've always gotten a courteous person on the phone at the local post office and it gets fixed the next day but it keeps reoccurring so I'm guessing that she gets overwhelmed and just starts putting out the mint green slips. They suck like the school bus drivers suck here in Lee County.

I re- post my review from 1 to 5 stars because of the USPS officer in Fort myers called me back. And the USPS specialist call center in Arlington, VA also talked to me and provide me the information; to explain me what was happened. It is very impressive. You did the great job. That was I need. Thank you to provide me the information for your service. In my case, they said for “government documents” : Government officers picked items up at USPS DC locations. But for some reason they might incorrectly provide it. And I was contact the TSA (e-mail) they also been helpful and generous.I appreciate all of USPS team and TSA for hard working and caring.I also apologize if I was following up to wrong direction. And thank you so much for all of you-my warmest thanks.Kelley.I paid for express mail to delivery my package, all important documents to USCIS component. It cost me about $59(over night) with USPS ; but my document inside is cost me $250.The problem was they might delivered my package to TSA component. ( that was show online tracking number). So I was follow up from what I saw. But TSA was totally different Mail Stop and component from USCIS. I clearly wrote the label address. One week later, I went to USPS this location.1. They have NO responsibility for anything.2. Say No for refund my money back because the package was sent.3. No more information. No manager came for this issue for helping or good suggestions.( I think because manager don’t know, I did not mean to compliant)The officer who service me, he is nice and calm. I understand he don’t have any idea what was it in my case. But I just would like to write review if anyone have any idea for me about how I follow my package.
