My friend politely asked the counter lady a question about a product and the lady yelled at her. This was unprovoked yelling for no reason - I don’t understand why and can only assume that the lady may be racist.

They have no forms like Hold Mail and tell you it's for your safety. LOL. Now you have to drive 7 miles. Typical USPS foolishness.

The two woman who work behind the counter, deserve recognition. Today EVE was, by herself, handling customers like a robot. Non stop, very pleasant, efficient. Instructing people on line what address forms are necessary in order to expedite their mailing needs.
If they had a tip box, I would have deposited $20. I admire good work habits, these two deserve recognition.

I'll be honest, I often feel stressed when coming to the post office, especially with an odd shaped package. Vicky was super helpful and walked me through the steps, she even offered advice as to what box I should get. Overall great service!
