“Best customer service from Leela! Extensive, quality inventory! I walked in and was immediately warmly welcomed by Leela, whose exceptional customer service skills and product knowledge were so impressive that I thought it was her family's store! She was so friendly, positive, kind, patient and genuine. She gave me her full attention, listened to my needs and recommended exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for everything Leela, I really appreciate you! See you soon!”

“Owner at front desk was the nicest soul. Came in for candles, left with tarot cards. Don't let the relatively small size deter you away, this store has anything and everything you'd need for your metaphysical needs. ❤❤❤”

“The King of Vapes on Alico is the best vape shop I’ve been to!!!! They have such a wide variety of different vapes and a lot of other piece you can get. From delta products, glass pieces, and many more options they have. And the employees there are the kindest and friendliest people I have ever encountered. Mari, Sean, and Leila are the coolest people there and also the most helpful when getting products.”

“I recently stopped by a local vape shop and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and professional without feeling overly pushy or sales-driven. What really stood out to me though was the help I received from Dominic. He took the time to actually listen to what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive product in the store. That level of honesty and patience is rare these days.
I had a lot of questions about different devices, flavors, coils, and nicotine strengths, and Dominic walked me through everything in a way that made it easy to understand. You can tell he genuinely knows the products and cares about helping customers find the right setup for their needs. He even gave me recommendations based on what I previously liked and explained the pros and cons of several options without rushing me. Because of his help, I ended up finding a new flavor and device combination that I absolutely love.
The shop itself had an impressive selection with plenty of inventory, organized displays, and fair pricing compared to other places I’ve visited. Everything felt professional and well maintained. It’s obvious the staff takes pride in the business. Experiences like this are what keep customers coming back. Dominic’s customer service alone is enough reason for me to return and recommend this vape shop to friends. If you’re looking for knowledgeable staff, a relaxed environment, and people who genuinely care about helping customers, this is definitely the place to go.”
“Great selection, staff is always friendly and helpful, the owner is awesome and always gives good recs. Just heard they're remodeling the store for an even better customer experience!”
“I travel over 30 minutes to come here even though I live 5-10 minutes away from other vape stores. Levi has excellent customer service and genuinely cares. He will refill, clean, or help you with your ecig needs. He’s always friendly and caring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“These guys know what they're doing. I haven't found a better priced shop for flowers that's ACTUALLY worth it. There's plenty of garbage shops selling Delta 8 pre rolls for $35 each, but not this one.

“This place kindareminds me of an old-school convenience store. For me, the location is very convenient. The staff is always friendly. I would like to mention that this is a convenient store, so you do pay convenience store prices. Some people can’t wrap their head around that. They do have a solid disposable vape collection.”
“This place is awesome. They have anything and EVERYTHING. WHATEVER you need (even 420 items and other merch), they fit it. The prices are reasonable and the stuff they got is so cool. So many options. And the chick that works there is an amazing personality.”
“This is where I will be coming from now on. Great people! Great business. Clean and lovely. 2 cute, friendly dogs. I was helped by the owners and I COULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS STORE MORE. Traveling or local. GREAT EXPERIENCE.”
“The gentleman that I spoken with was very informative. Helped me make a difficult diagnosis which turned out to be the right one. Sorry I didn't get his name. I will definitely get all of my vape need through Caloosa vape!
P.S. I'm still a non smoker of cigarettes for about three weeks now!!!??✌️”
“Shopping here was a great experience. my first time in a vape shop. The store manager took a lot of time to explain everything and let me try it out. Thank you for the experience!”
“Purple Rain Vape Shop is hands down the best in Fort Myers! Carlos truly goes above and beyond for his customers—my friend was looking for nicotine mints, and he ordered them and had them in stock within the week. You don’t see that kind of service everywhere! I don’t smoke myself, but the variety here is impressive, from CBD gummies to vapes and kratom drinks. What really sets this place apart is the ownership—Carlos remembers everyone’s name after just one visit, making every customer feel valued. Great prices, amazing selection, and top-tier customer service. Highly recommend!”
