Watch out for these sales guys. They will TRICK you into 'specials' they have going on that actually COST you money. I went into Verizon to get a new phone. They told me if I traded my current phone in, I would receive $800 off a new phone with my trade in and thay they also had a promotion where inbound receive a FREE tablet and smart watch. Thats it. Thats all the said. FREE. So I said ok. Well, I actually do have to pay every month for the service on them. Ok whatever. But the thing is, the watch it huge and I NEVER use it. So I canceled the number on it. And NOW theyre charging me the full price for this thing. Im sorry that I didnt sit there and read the 52 page agreement. But this feels like trickery and entrapment. Will NEVER go to this Verizon again.

I’ve been to many Verizon stores during my long time as a Verizon customer and I have never come across a group of kinder and more helpful staff than at this store. My phone got damaged yesterday and was completely inoperable. I need it for work so I was beginning to panic and went into this store to see if I could upgrade and get my data. Not only did Adam assist me with getting a new phone and restoring it from the cloud, but he also took the time to break down my bill and explain all the charges. I had been paying for Disney Plus through Verizon and barely using it, and he offered to switch me to a different streaming bundle with services I actually use! He saved me so much money on streaming services alone. You can tell he really cares about the customer and I have never had someone take the time to explain everything to me before this. I am incredibly thankful for him and everyone else at this location for being so caring and helpful.

I don't ever leave reviews. Let alone negative ones that single an individual employee out but this guy went above and beyond to be rude and nasty to me. I have a VERIZON PHONE, Samsung Galaxy, have insurance on the phone. I dropped it. Phone is completely inoperable. The white kid working front counter on 5/8/25 at around 4pm told me that nothing he could do to help me. I had to file an insurance claim by calling a 1-800 number. I explained that I have broken my phone before through this SAME account and been to different stores and they have been EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND GLADLY filled the insurance claim for me because.... I HAVE NO PHONE. The look on his face was so disrespectful - it drove me to leave this review. He must not really want his job that badly if he's willing to be that rude and that bothered by simply helping me. There was no reason to be so hateful.
