We came in a little before close and had some technical difficulties. Sergio stayed late and helped us well after close. We came back the next day and he spent another hour plus helping us. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and patient.

Noel was really helpful to my wife and me as we tried to reactivate her iPhone 17 for the unit that went down yesterday and was replaced by asurion today.
