Mike was absolutely great! He was very knowledgeable, helpful and nice. Went in for a phone upgrade and honestly wasn’t sure what to expect on how long it would take, but it was so fast and efficient! Spoke to an associate over the phone who was very rude, aggressive and unprofessional. I would never think to talk to a customer or coworker in such a manner. Its a very bad look for the company overall. Id recommend visiting the store on Paul J Doherty as ive always been treated well and with kindness at that location, whether its over the phone or in person.

They change my billing from 25 a month to 37. Without any notiyes and expected me to just go for it. Shame on the bank for letting it go through two without any notice

I wanted to get clarification on two different plans I had been looking at while I was home. I walked into the store and the kid did not introduce himself to me. He mumbled so I wasn’t sure if we were talking apples to apples about plans. I pulled up my bill on my phone and when I looked up he was texting someone. A personal text. I asked if that was a personal text. He comment was - I was waiting for you.
If you are going to be in customer service then pay attention to the customer. He could have been talking to me or pulling up the plans on the screen in front of me so we could be comparing them, yet he chose to type personal texts.
He should not be in customer service. I would have told you his name but he didn’t tell me. For all I know, I could have been talking to another customer.
Horrible service. If I could have given a negative one I would have done that.
