Terrible experience with absolutely no customer service. We were greeted by a technician upon arrival and asked to wait. After 20 minutes, we checked with another technician, only to find out we were never signed in. This meant restarting our wait time, which was extremely frustrating. We decided to leave instead. Very disappointing—would not recommend.

This store has the worst customer service. This is not a Verizon store. This is a retail store called Victra.

What a joy! Today Nicole took care of my phone needs. I was in and out in 20 minutes. She helped my navigate my phone and get me out of the dark.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Called in last Friday to make an appointment for today (Monday) at 1pm, not I've been standing here for 40 minutes now and still haven't been helped.

Was nice for picking up my phone and internet. Customer service could have been better. Could have easily sold me a case but instead they didn't and I bought one online. Also, there wasn't a box for the charging cord.

ZERO for Customer Service. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and NOT EVER.....EVER have I been told that I could NOT be helped because I didn't purchase the privacy screen from this store. And to top it off, CONSTANCE aka CONNIE ask me if I purchase my phones at a Franchise store. I am a customer of Verizon, how in the entire hell would I know of a store is a franchise or not.
CONNIE gets a absolute ZERO for HER CUSTOMER SERVICE!
And she was about to be slightly nasty about it but I didn't allow her to get that far. Stop treating people a certain way based on the color of their skin and provide the same service to everyone!!!

Brutal customer service. After numerous visits to the Iona and Ft Myers (service center) location, over-billing issues remain. I have truly spent more than 4 hours dealing with this one over-billing issue where Verizon cust svc reps admit there was a billing error, but have been unable to correct it. In the meantime, I continue to receive threatening messages about an overdue bill. It is mind boggling how a company can treat its longtime customers in this fashion. Seriously considering changing providers!

I was very happy with the service I received from this location. This was the only Verizon store that had a rep who would call the toll-free number with me to get help with my phone instead of sending me home with the toll-free number. The rep was very knowledgeable and courteous and because he punched in some numbers while we were waiting, the wait time to reach the insurance company for my phone wasn't long at all. We all talked to the insurance rep about replacing my phone and within a few days my phone was shipped to my house. Other stores should take notes from the rep who helped me as to how to do customer service well. The drive is over a half hour away and I happened to be near this store because of appointments I wouldn't mind doing this drive from home just to go to this store again if I have issues. Thank you for your help.
