I am so tired of driving up only to find the pharmacy closed. This happens far too often. Some medications are controlled substances so getting them transferred is a big hassle. It’s a shame that you can’t count on Walgreens anymore for our prescription needs.

Fine I suppose as a quick stop for a couple of items you might need to purchase, but worthless as a pharmacy. Impossible to predict when the pharmacy is open, because it is oftentimes "temporarily closed" due to lack of an available pharmacist. Calling the store is an exercise in futility, as I was told (by the dismissive employee with the customer service skills of a goldfish) "the pharmacist should be here tomorrow but we can't know for sure. Call back tomorrow." You gotta do better Walgreens. This is pitiful.

I always check the receipt at the end. I would like to know where my points and my money in points go because they take them away from me and then they tell me that I called by phone so that you apply them to me when they are supposed to do them at the moment and I call and a fax comes out or only the survey and you don't have the option of talking to someone who can explain what happened. That's called stealing your points from your account...or if I'm wrong, I'd like someone to explain it to me...when they give you a kotex for example at $13.99 in special and they charge you $16.99 and you take the ticket of the ad to the box so that they validate the price because they have to treat you reluctantly and take back $10.00 in points earned on a purchase of $50.00 or more. Siempre q obtienes una promoción al pagar nunca te la validan como es....siempre al final a reviso el recibo quisiera saber a dónde van a parar mis puntos y mi dinero en puntos porq me los quitan y luego me dicen q llamé por teléfono para q me los apliques cuando se supone qclo hagan al momento y llamo y sale un fax o solo la encuesta y no te da opción de hablar con alguien q le puedas explicar lo sucedido. Eso se llama robar a tus puntos de tu cuenta.....o si estoy mal quisiera q me lo explique alguien.....cuando te ponen un kotex por ejemplo a $13.99 en especial y te lo cobran a $16.99 y le llevas el ticket del anuncio a la caja para q te convaliden el precio porq te tienen q tratar de mala gana y quitarte para atrás $10.00 en puntos ganados en una compra de $50.00 o más. Thi store is not reliable as far as the pharmacy goes. Went to pick up script today and pharmacy closed. It is Saturday. Called to speak to store manager and she not taking calls and no one could answer if pharmacy will be open tomorrow. Makes it hard to take meds if you cannot get them.

They're so slow that out of curiosity I started timing them. During my visits, they have averaged 10 minutes per customer. If you get 2 people in front of you, it will be a half hour to pick up a prescription that is ready for you.During the course of the last year, I've visited other pharmacies, including other Walgreens locations. Average time to serve a customer was just over 2 minutes.Not sure what is wrong here, but you really want to avoid this location. I'm sure they will blame COVID. Thats fine. Other locations are not so impacted by COVID in that case. Bottom line is the same. Avoid this location.

This is one of the worst Walgreens I've ever dealt with. They have messed up my prescription more than once and I usually get attitude from someone in the pharmacy. Also, when I call to get information they will continuously put me on hold and will avoid the phone call making it impossible to get any info. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the rest of the store doesn't seem that bad. But if you need prescriptions go elsewhere. This place is awful.

The pharmacy technician, a female in her 40's, was incredibly rude to me on the phone. I have just had major surgery. I was trying to find out if my new painkiller prescription was ready to be picked up. There is absolutely NO excuse for a worker in a pharmacy to be as rude as she just was to me, a customer. Her tone, her attitude, her nasty sarcasm, made me feel that customers can't ask a simple question at that Walgreens pharmacy. Colonial and Summerlin Walgreens's. Rudest woman pharmacy technician I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.

I had a really good experience with the Pharmacy staff today. I just switched meds and have new insurance so I wasn't sure how smooth the process would be. The pharmacy tech treated me with respect and was very helpful. And the Pharmacist gave me a shingles vaccine on-site--which is fantastic since I heard most places are out of stock. Turns out my scripts were cheaper here too so that's a big plus.

Excellent location, helpful staff. I was in the process of waiting on my new insurance (what else is new) and didn't have my info so the pharmacy tech scanned a discount card she had and voila it was 85% cheaper than retail price. She was kind and thoughtful. I do wish your pharmacy was open until 9-10pm but otherwise keep up good work.

The pharmacy at this location I won't go to again. The pharmacy staff are not very pleasant and not welcoming at all. I understand this job can be stressful but you should never show that to your customers and they certainly show it.
