If I could give this walgreens a zero star I would. There pharmacy is a joke. I send in a refill request and they never fill it. I try to call and they hang up repadly. All I want is the medicine I need. Hire more people or whatever you need to do to make this better

I see they deleted my last review. That's okay, I'll rewrite it. Do they ever pick up the phone in the pharmacy?! They immediately put you on hold, then forget about you until the automated system hangs up on you. TRIED FOR THREE DAYS! DO BETTER, WALGREENS!

I JUST LEFT THIS STORE SMILING SO BIG. ERIKA IS AN EXCEPTIONAL ENPLOYEE THERE. THIS SWEET KIND BEAUTIFUL WOMAN ALWAYS GREETS ME WITH A SMILE 😃. SHE IS VERY GREAT AT HER JOB. I CAN ASK HER ABOUT ANY PRODUCT AND SHE LITERALLY TELLS ME EXACTLY WHERE IT IS. SHE TRULY BRINGS A SMILE TO FACE. I THINK THE STORE SHOULD BE CALLED ERIKA'S AWESOME WALGREENS! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!

All the staff in this Walgreens pharmacy are very helpful. I have been using this store since we moved back to Fort Myers in 2022. I have many different prescriptions and they are always ready, they all recognize me the moment I walk in.
There are too many to mention by name but I love them all.

I don t like to leave negative reviews, but I feel this is for the safety of patients. Of you need your insulin don't go here. As a matter of fact if you need any medication pray to God there's no issues because the pharmacy manager will only make it worse. Save your health and just use a different Walgreens. Hopefully they get this resolved and I can fix this review. ❤️
