It seems at this pharmacy the only competent one that can actually do their job or show any empathy is Melissa in the front counter. Between myself and the hospice provider trying to get them to fill a prescription for my dying father in hospice I learned that this pharmacy may literally end up getting you killed. Once the prescription was finally filled of course it was the wrong meds. Not even the same provider that called. Stay away from this pharmacy if you value your life or your loved ones life.

Went there to get a basic childrens ear infection medication prescription. They didn't have it, no other Walgreens have it , no one called us. I guess they just figured the ear infection would go away on its own? Don't go here!

Multiple times now they have not filled my prescription, not told me why, and have left me to deal with it. This is dangerous, unethical, and someone should be putting a stop to these practices. While I don’t fully blame this particular group (although they should be making their patients aware) Walgreens as a whole is completely out of control with their practices. I will be switching pharmacies.

The didn't use my Walgreens account so my total was twice what it should've been I didn't know till I got out to my car and realized but then it's too late since I paid it's very frustrating

I’ve never been so disrespected by an employee of an establishment. Called the first time to pick up a refill for which I believed was available, the computer automated machine said my script would be available same day, I’ve had issues with this is the past no biggie, just call and talk to a human right? So I speak to an employee and they confirm the same thing. My medication will be available same day.”mind you I drive over an hour to this pharmacy. Let me tell you the rudest mother*****s you’ll ever meet. Ben the pharmacist plain and simple said the medication won’t be ready for 5 more days. I asked why I was told for the Second time my meds were available and I was told to keep better track of my dates. This Walgreens is absolutely a disgrace

Pharmacy manager, Jessica, violates HIPA, thinks the law doesn’t apply to her, and will stalk and harass customers if she feels she has been slighted. Baffled as to why Walgreens would keep such a mess employed. She already has a felony. Guessing she’s trying to collect as many different charges as possible?
