Moved here 3 years ago where I've always used Walgreens pharmacy without a problem! This pharmacy manager and staff are so unfriendly, like also posted u can sit at drive through forever without even a hello. Also tried to call & are put on hold forever than a hang up! Nice, very professional! The manager of the pharmacy is the worst, rude, asks questions that shouldn't concern him, even my Drs staff never heard of it!! Last night was the worst! Coming in from out of town, out of my pills for 8 days because of the type of medication out of state. I called when I landed and said I understood they close at 9, I said I was minutes away but if I got there at 9:01 would they wait on me to get my RX. He said no, they close at 9! Also he said should they make there hours convenient for me? Unbelievable! I can see by other reviews this pharmacy is the worst.

Got our Covid and flu shots. Great customer service. Plus did not have to wait at all.

0 stars, the lady who was doing the covid test on 5/5/22 at 345pm is rude and is whats wrong with this world. I showed up for a covid test 20 minutes early second in line. Test in front of me to 1 minute. I pulled up to the window and she informed me she doesn't have my paperwork and if have to wait until 4pm on the dot which is as dumb of an excuse as she is. So i pulled back around and let the car behind me go since there appointment was earlier. Fair. (Appointments take 60 seconds) so i pulled back around the line behind the car that was behind me, no problem they were done in 60 seconds. I then pulled up to the window she looked over and noticed it was me again and ignored me for 10 minutes (10 appointments). Car then pulls behind me i was the only one in line for 10 minutes i knew what she was doing so i pulled into the parking lot so the person behind me didnt have to deal with her bullsh*t and she took care of the car behind me in less than 60 seconds. Then 4-5 more cars within the 5 extra minutes i had to wait for it to be 4pm on the dot. Ma'am im informing you of this after you complete my test. Your customer service is 0 your iq is 0. You are a scum

I am a bird of the snow. I ordered a prescription from this fine location as I came out of my snow burrow. They had it ready! It was a blessing that my little bird of the snow life could not comprehend! The nicest people I've ever met!

We are snowbirds, down here for two months, and based on insurance issues could not fill it at home before we traveled here. We stopped at this location and inquired about filling the script. We were told it would take 24-48 hours. We contacted a different walgreens location and filled it that day. I guess it was too hard for this location to do a little work.

I tried to call Walgreens this morning as per their instructions about my husband's meds. (9150 KINGS CROSSING RD) After 4 redial I finally was connected to the pharmacy. While I waited for 15-20 minutes I would hear someone answer and then hang up! Fortunately, I was still on hold. This happened 3 times. Once I did get a person on the phone I made a short complaint! Wow, what a response I received in return. She scolded me and told me that was no way to start a conversation and put me on hold again. Finally, another gal answered and I was able to finish what I was calling for. What has happened to our society? There is no need for rudeness. Where has customer service disappeared to?

I have had multiple problems trying to get my pain medicines, I have rare condition that causes me to switch doctors often as they don’t treat the type of condition I have, today I had a very rude pharmacy tech try to refuse my medications refilled bc I had an expired license, I had renewed it recently and hadn’t had the cards in the mail yet. I love this store especially the pharmacy who helped me with my asthma meds that were sent to the wrong Walgreens. Jen, Nahn, Marilyn are great. CVS has horrible service is comparison . I find everything I need, and I get great service and texts letting me know where my RX is in the process since my doctors office can't figure out how to send a script to the correct Walgreens....Thank my lucky stars for the dream team at Walgreens that came through for me .

The pharmacy staff at this particular location will serve you with a dose of attitude. Not healthy and certainly not happy. This is not once or two incidents. Constantly for the past year and a half. I dread walking into this place every time. Too bad our insurance only deals with those folks.

Prescription initially filled in a new "Walgreens" pharmacy in a Rite-Aide store up north. Confirmed refills would be easy at any Walgreens Pharmacy. I'm out of Med. My bad. Called this FM Walgreens. Happy to fill script. Problem: WOULD TAKE 24 to 48 HOURS to "transfer" the Walgreens script Down to this store. Person in pharmacy said they were "too busy" with snowbirds with same request. OK. Out-of-the-box thinking. This happens every year? DUH. PLAN FOR THE SURGE. Develop the staffing. Corporate develop systems to make the process easier with less skill required. Next year I'll go to CVS UP NORTH.

I've never been too impressed with the store, either in the pharmacy or on the floor. Staff seems to be pretty disorganized many times when I come for a prescription they're out of stock need to order it and somewhat unapologetic about any delays or lack of customer service
