You will never speak to a pharmacist. They will put you on hold for 5-20 minutes just to pick up the phone and hang up on you. I've already been hung up on once today. It is really frustrating.

I received three phone calls today from the pharmacy telling me I had a prescription ready to pick up. I called back to let them know. I was coming to pick it up when I got off of work and when I got there, it had been deleted out of the system After training 15 minutes, trying to figure it out. They finally told me it was deleted out of the system and they had no record of my prescription. This is ridiculous. You call somebody three times and you can’t wait for them till 5 o’clock to pick up a prescription. That’s poor customer service

Horrible and rude customer service. Was calling to transfer my medication and once the gentleman was informed on what I needed done told me there’s nothing he can do even though the Walgreens he works at calls me repeatedly inquiring about prescription. His rudeness was next level. After this experience Walgreens is no longer my pharmacy.

I transferred my prescriptions to another location. I went through the drive-through to pick up prescriptions for my daughter and the young girl was rude and unprofessional. I told her I needed medication as soon as possible, and she suggested I get it from another pharmacy it was my job to call around and find the medication somewhere else, and it was not her job to do so. I told her I was a provider and based on how unprofessional she was I was going to advise my patients not to use this pharmacy.....her comment...."go ahead." She could have cared less about losing business.

I asked a female worker where the bathroom was, she said the back left. I walked all the way to the bathroom to find out it’s kept locked via a code. I had to walk all the way back to the annoying employee to ask for the code. In which she proceeded to said no and walk with me to the bathroom and cover the key pad while typing in the code. I’ve never had such an irritating experience trying to use the bathroom as a paying customer in my life. Do better you annoying walgreens employee.

Very good pharmacy! The staff was very helpful und friendly! The store is well stocked and clean. One of my favorite pharmacies in Fort Myers!

I Had to pick up a very heavy package from this store. Kylie an employee at the store was so helpful and pleasant brought it all the way out to the car and loaded it. I'm sure he didn't have to do that but did! Thank you Kylie!

Me and my family have been going to this Walgreens for years it's we have made friends everybody who works there has been there for many years the place is very clean everything is well organized and people are ready and willing to greet you and help with such a bright happy attitude
