I called completely defeated by the cost (1,777.78)at cvs and fill time. The manager at walgreens was very reassuring and filled my script ($40.00)by the time I drove there. Went from sitting in my car crying to- it's gonna be ok.

Unbelievably horrible experience every time. Will not be using them for anything at this point. Gave them 2 months to try and figure things out. Each time has gotten worse than the prior. Im shocked at how rude, incompetent and unprofessional they are. They act like they are volunteers and not getting paid. Stop catering to the lowest common denominators.No wonder this place is going extinct.

My local Walgreens excellent at Palm Beach Blvd Fort Myers. Pharmacy is most helpful. The attendants help you find what you need. Vaccine appointments are managed well and fast. You get pharmacy notices via text and can call to request refill, get prescription ready updates. For everyday groceries and household needs the products are here. The parking is convenient and drive through pharmacy pick ups

Grab your charger for your phone wait time with pharmacy longer than trying to reach food stamps or social security administration. On hold with two caller in front of me currently 36 minutes on hold. Service for this pharmacy is horrible.

First when I called they said they hadn't received my prescription, after I called the provider who verified they did send it they then suddenly found it. Then the drive through had 10 cars waiting, when I did get to the window the person was talking so quiet that I had to hang out the window to hear him and he made no effort to improve the volume even when told. Then I get home with my prescription and instead of 30 doses they gave me one without saying a word to me about a problem. I called and they were completely unhelpful and rude, talking over me and not resolving anything or making any attempt to resolve anything. I will never use Walgreens in this state again.

I have been trying to reach the pharmacy for 30 minutes. They keep picking up and hanging up on me. I just need a prescription transferred. Horrible service. Finally called North Fort Myers Bayshore location. They picked up immediately and helped me right away. Avoid this Palm Ave location. Worst customer service. Walgreens you should close this location.

So rude!! I feel sorry for the woman who is answering the phone here…to be that miserable to people who are just trying to get their prescription. Sad.
