DO NOT FILL YOUR PERSCRIPTION HERE. This is the only review I have ever written. These guys sent information to the wrong fax number multiple times. They refused to send the information to the correct fax of my provider. They had my prescription, but after waiting a a full week they finally told me they do not have the medication. You will also have to wait a half hour to speak to anyone on the phone and they will work hard to get you off the line as soon as possible. Horrible service by people who don't care. Pay no attention to old reviews, the current staff suck.

I can hardly imagine a more uncaring, unhelpful pharmacy. When given the choice to help it do nothing they will always choose to do nothing. There was a time when I regarded Walgreens as the best. They have fallen below the worst. If you can in anyway avoid getting your prescriptions filled at Walgreens is do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. It's truly harmful to people the way they run their pharmacy. I have loved ones who suffer monthly because of this place.

Been waiting for my prescription for 2 days so I called them and after being put on hold 3 times they said they have to order it but they don't deliver on weekends and I would have to wait until next week, I asked if any other walgreens had it and they no, I called a different walgreens and they said they had it and would fill it right away. The walgreens on 41 and college just plain lied to me. I'm in my 70s and need a pharmacy that I can trust.

Absolutely the worst place ever not safe . It's disgusting filthy dirty. Homeless always begging out front for money. Rudest people working there. They should just shut it down it's nothing but a rat hole

Impossible to get anyone at the pharmacy to pick up the phone. No way they will have a prescription ready same day. Used to be 24-hour pharmacy. Then they cut it back to 9:00 p.m.. now they are closing at 8:00 p.m..

Josue from pharmacy is amazing. He is always so helpful and kind. I hope I am spelling his name correct because he deserves recognition. He helped me with applying a discount for my husband's medication and was amazingly patient and polite. Every time I come in to pick up prescriptions he is always polite and patient. I always hope when I go in there he is there to ring me up and help me.

I went to pick up my prescription today. Althea is very rude. I said hello how are you? snubbed me. when checking out I said Have a nice day with a bright smile. Ignored me. no customer service skills at all.
Furthermore, an elderly lady walked up just to ask a quick question. she ignored her and went to the drive thru window. I do understand the customer was waiting in the window, but she could have acknowledged her. said, "I'll be right with you, mam" common courtesy. then she would have found out she only had a quick question and she would have been on her way.
She is back there telling story and laughing and I have absolutely no problem with that. You have to enjoy yourself at work and get through the day and I love that happy personality - if only it could also be projected to your customers.
it felt like she was thinking How dare I walk in now and interrupt her story.. know what I mean?
I'm still giving it 3 stars because the girl that was working last night was lovely and very helpful. I wish I saw her name I would acknowledge her. I'll get it next time and edit this review because I believe positive things need to be noted at well as negative.
I also wish they had more people at the check out counter up front. always a long line.

Rudest pharmacy tech ever, with the mousy hair and glasses, has the personality of a wet mop and does not like to do her job. Simple requests met with attitude and hostility. They shoukd really put her in the back so she is not dealing with customers
