I wish I can give zero stars. There is a pharmacist there by the name of Manny. He has caused me to end up in the hospital twice. I am seeking legal action. He wouldnt let me get my medicine that I need every month. He said I needed a new doctor because my doctor was too far away. Even though my doctors top MD is Fort Myers (Manny’s pharmacy Walgreens in fort myers) it is literally my doctors boss that is in Manny’s area. I also received the texts that my medication was ready for pick up, just to waste money on an Uber and be told I can’t get it because Manny said no. Everyone in Florida knows how hard it is to get doctors out here, let alone referrals you need and appointments can take up to two months! Instead of helping me, they told me there WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THEY CAN DO. I called my doctor to find out what to do, and they directly me to the Walgreens DOWN THE ROAD. Even the pharmacist at that Walgreens couldn’t believe what Manny was putting me through. They said it was absolutely ridiculous and I should call corporate.Also, if you try to call this Walgreens, FORGET IT! They will answer, put you on hold for 20mins and HANG UP. When you get to the pharmacy, please have 30mins to wait to even get your prescription. I will be continuing my legal action and help through my lawyers

DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING!! The pharmacist thinks she’s above everyone else and will give you false information which I’m pretty sure is ILLEGAL, to not give you your prescriptions. She wasted three hours of my time and my doctors time.

The didn't use my Walgreens account so my total was twice what it should've been I didn't know till I got out to my car and realized but then it's too late since I paid it's very frustrating

Didn't prepare our pet's prescription. Clerk made excuses why it wasn't ready and that they couldn't fulfill the order. No notice/phone call. I'm over dealing with Walgreens and their awful service. The one on Woddland and 41 is equally as bad. I will be getting the script elsewhere from now on.I can't imagine the stress that people go through that need life sustaining meds.

The pharmacy manager violates HIPA and harasses the public if she gets hurt over every minor thing. Good thing there’s such thing as restraining orders, and Walgreens can do an internal investigation.

The pharmacy is awful. Rachel B is a train wreck. It looks like she samples all the medications her self. Nothing is ever in stock this place is a mess. Literally trash on the ground. Rachel always has food stains on her clothing. It's just an awful sad depressed environment.

Placed an order online because I am in a rush, once I arrived at the store it took 10min for the lady in the register to then decide to ask another employee for help, another 10 min go by and the register had to actually assist me herself as the other employee failed to assist me.

Is it really worth hiring a bad employee because you're shorthanded or to be closed. Tough choice!! I've been with Walgreens for years, But after having my card yanked out of my hand and yelled at by an employee, It's time to find a new is new pharmacy!! After complaining to management and to their corporate headquarters they decided that's the kind of employee they want working for Walgreens! They can have them employees,but they sure don't have me!! STAY AWAY!!!

I've been getting the same two prescriptions filled at this pharmacy since 2014 and only started having problems the last year and a half. Ever since Jake left this place has really gone downhill. I understand being understaffed and stressed (my job is) but there's no reason for the people who work at this pharmacy to be so rude and act like I'm inconveniencing then by calling about my prescriptions that they're system keeps messing up ? I will definitely be changing pharmacies, I used to love this place and I was holding out hope they would get better but it just keeps getting worse

Shout out to the awesome customer experience provided from "Juan!" Juan always has a smile to offer, does a wonderful job of explaining things, and goes the extra mile to do everything he can to resolve any issues! He has made our NUMEROUS trips to the pharmacy, due to aging parents needs, less stressful!! Thank you again, Juan, for all you do!!!

I sent my prescriptions to this store. I don’t have insurance and the pharmacist doesn’t want to take a good rx card. Asked me multiple times why am I filling there. I work over there more convenient.!I don’t know who she thinks she is. And now reviewing my prescriptions. I will never use that pharmacy AGAIN. After I pick up my two prescriptions. And besides that there 5x more expensive. What a mistake going to this POS store.

One of worst pharmacy ever. The drive Thru is shut down with a piece of plywood sitting in front of window and random shopping carts pushed in front of drive thru as well. That is Unprofessional. And they shut down the pharmacy a few days a week so you go to get meds because it's supposed to be opened from 9 to 9 and they are closed. I'm done with this store. So many other places I can take my business.

The worst! What used to be a good pharmacy has turned into BS. When calling you are forced to go through a very legenthy, long winded automated system that gives absolutely no good information. When you need to speak to a pharmacist it purposely through even more options that are worthless. Today I went to the urgent care and prescriptions were called in. I needed to get started on the meds so after 2 hours I went to the pharmacy only to fine out it is closed for a couple days. Walgreens emails and texts me every time there is a blowout sale on depends but couldn't notify me the pharmacy was closed. It exactly like they miss their purpose for being in business!

Every time I have tried to fill a prescription at this location, there has always been a problem, whether it be insurance, or the pharmacy refusing to fill my prescription, which is happening right now. My doctor called in a needed prescription that the pharmacy feels is “excessive” meanwhile it is the lowest dosage I could be prescribed. The pharmacist refuses to fill it no matter what my nurse or doctor says. After switching to CVS, I have not had any problems. Stay away from this place no matter what your prescription is, there will always be a problem. This place SUCKS.
