always greeted with a smile and treated with respect the employees are always eager to help. I would recommend Walgreens to anyone.

Pharmacist is arrogant with absolutely no ability to empathize with a patient. Kept my prescription on hold status for 5 days because he had questions without notifying ANYONE of his questions. When I finally discovered the issue and asked why they didn't reach out he got angry and refused to fill it. This guy is just a nightmare for patients. If you're sick, go somewhere else.

Walgreens at 9159 Kings Crossing Fort Myers Fl has been my Pharmacy of choice
since I moved to Florida in 2021. I have always had a positive experience. The attitude of the Pharmacist and staff has
been positive, patient, helpful and caring.

I made a purchase today, the products I used returned catalinas, my purpose was to use those catalinas in a second purchase to get laundry detergent. When they gave me my catalinas, the cashier took them one by one and wrote them with the date and her initials TS. She did not let me make my second purchase. It is the first time this has happened to me, I will not return since that lady was very rude and did that with the purpose of not being able to use my rewards.

We love this store….Judith in the pharmacy is great so if you have had issues with other techs, she is awesome… Really patient, great customer service. Cashiers , management, my wife loves the lady in cosmetics and of course Judith, pharmacists are great too. So glad they are close to home. No complaints…

They supposedly close at 12 am. 9 months pregnant, needing something gas stations do not sell and walmart was closed. The employee locked the door right after we pulled in 20 FULL min b4 they closed!!!!!! He watched us pull in and still locked the door a FULL 20 MIN B4 THEY CLOSED. Had to tap on the door for 5 min b4 he decided to barely open the door wide enough for us to squeeze thru. Thank God he let us in. What if a baby needed formula, ect. This is a pharmacy not some willy nilly corner shop. New management need badly!!!! Just look at these reviews. He was not going to open the door, I kept knocking, he only opened it because he seen we weren't leaving, maybe he seen a pregnant belly. I mean I'm glad he opened it but damn, 20 min b4 closing?!?! If you don't like your job, plz get a different one. SMH

The worse customer service ever the lady in the pharmacy with her broking English just hand up the phone on usa without any explanation after we told her the we dont speak Spanish! I guess that’s how the pharmacy services is at this location

The rudest Pharmacist I ever seen! Not to me personally but to an older gentleman who was attempting to buy a generic, I believe it was the pharmacist assistant, trying to tell him he couldn't get a generic and he was trying to say he had got it before He asked to speak to the pharmacist. The actual pharmacist who is a younger man maybe 30-40 was so unbelievably rude to him. He actually told the older gentleman that if he had to stop every time someone had a question he would never get done any work done. I realize he might have a lot of prescriptions probably to fill, but there was no one there just me and this older gentleman. I just couldn't believe he could be so rude to a customer. This is your bread and butter buddy. Work on your people skills. I will never go back to that Walgreens for anything. There is a CVS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. I wish I had spoke up and defended the guy. The pharmacist was just so unbelievably rude..

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS from this place. They are selling scammed gift cards and they admit it they have no way to control it! thats not an excuse, if you cant control a product dont sell it - we now have to fight the gift card company because Walgreens will NOT do anything.

I have been a Walgreens member for years and appreciated the savings program. No more. Now customers are required to down load an app to use coupons. Apps slow down phone speed and info customers provide can be shared with other venders leading to spam. Also Walgreens does not have in store Wi-Fi, so unless you have a more costly cell phone package, you cannot use app to get coupon. If you don't have a cell phone, or an expensive cell phone plan, or don't have your cell phone with you, Walgreens would rather you just F...off.

Amazon Pharmacy will save you so much money. Save yourself the trouble and go to a Pharmacy that offers competitive prices and not this retailer who is trying to squeeze every last penny out of vulnerable people who are sick. I tried to log into the app to delete old prescriptions and I couldn't log in because their system to verify my identity via phone or email is down. I guess they want to keep me from canceling any pending Auto refills that are going to a new Pharmacy. This is a great place to shop for anything except Pharmaceuticals.

Amazon Pharmacy with NO insurance is cheaper than here WITH my insurance.screwed up my delivery order and they use the bottom-barrel shipper that is designed to create anxiety and disappointment: FedEx. They will price an item $1 under what your insurance pays to make you pay out-of-pocket, so check Amazon prices to see if you are getting screwed. they don't seem to be rude, as much as dense servants of a failed customer service model.
