The rudest Pharmacist I ever seen! Not to me personally but to an older gentleman who was attempting to buy a generic, I believe it was the pharmacist assistant, trying to tell him he couldn't get a generic and he was trying to say he had got it before He asked to speak to the pharmacist. The actual pharmacist who is a younger man maybe 30-40 was so unbelievably rude to him. He actually told the older gentleman that if he had to stop every time someone had a question he would never get done any work done. I realize he might have a lot of prescriptions probably to fill, but there was no one there just me and this older gentleman. I just couldn't believe he could be so rude to a customer. This is your bread and butter buddy. Work on your people skills. I will never go back to that Walgreens for anything. There is a CVS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. I wish I had spoke up and defended the guy. The pharmacist was just so unbelievably rude..

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS from this place. They are selling scammed gift cards and they admit it they have no way to control it! thats not an excuse, if you cant control a product dont sell it - we now have to fight the gift card company because Walgreens will NOT do anything.

I have been a Walgreens member for years and appreciated the savings program. No more. Now customers are required to down load an app to use coupons. Apps slow down phone speed and info customers provide can be shared with other venders leading to spam. Also Walgreens does not have in store Wi-Fi, so unless you have a more costly cell phone package, you cannot use app to get coupon. If you don't have a cell phone, or an expensive cell phone plan, or don't have your cell phone with you, Walgreens would rather you just F...off.

Amazon Pharmacy will save you so much money. Save yourself the trouble and go to a Pharmacy that offers competitive prices and not this retailer who is trying to squeeze every last penny out of vulnerable people who are sick. I tried to log into the app to delete old prescriptions and I couldn't log in because their system to verify my identity via phone or email is down. I guess they want to keep me from canceling any pending Auto refills that are going to a new Pharmacy. This is a great place to shop for anything except Pharmaceuticals.

Amazon Pharmacy with NO insurance is cheaper than here WITH my insurance.screwed up my delivery order and they use the bottom-barrel shipper that is designed to create anxiety and disappointment: FedEx. They will price an item $1 under what your insurance pays to make you pay out-of-pocket, so check Amazon prices to see if you are getting screwed. they don't seem to be rude, as much as dense servants of a failed customer service model.

The worse customer service ever the lady in the pharmacy with her broking English just hand up the phone on usa without any explanation after we told her the we dont speak Spanish! I guess that’s how the pharmacy services is at this location

By far one of the worst service in pharmacy industry. I think they hate they job or something.I understand they have major problems with my doctor prescriptions ( unreadable) but it’s not my fault and I don’t have to be lied and mistreated for that.

Worst pharmacy ever! Pharmacist extremely rude along with staff. My prescription kept being cancelled online and to call the pharmacy to know why. Instead of explaining the process appropriately they kept saying they were busy! Will be moving my whole family to another pharmacy!

Moved here 3 years ago where I've always used Walgreens pharmacy without a problem! This pharmacy manager and staff are so unfriendly, like also posted u can sit at drive through forever without even a hello. Also tried to call & are put on hold forever than a hang up! Nice, very professional! The manager of the pharmacy is the worst, rude, asks questions that shouldn't concern him, even my Drs staff never heard of it!! Last night was the worst! Coming in from out of town, out of my pills for 8 days because of the type of medication out of state. I called when I landed and said I understood they close at 9, I said I was minutes away but if I got there at 9:01 would they wait on me to get my RX. He said no, they close at 9! Also he said should they make there hours convenient for me? Unbelievable! I can see by other reviews this pharmacy is the worst.

I needed information about how to get my prescription and I apparently took up the gals time and irritated her at 1:07pm on 6-22-22. She said, "Well the pharmacist talked to you about this." Not sure what she was talking about since she was the first person I talked to that day because my prescription was canceled. She even said, "Well I just keep repeating myself." I asked two questions which had the same outcome. Well I am sorry that I don't deal with the medical side of the world but I deal with the financial side. I have to explain, explain again and again. I have no problem with doing that because it is not second nature to most people. So, sorry if I ruined your day to ask a simple question on how to get my medication because I will be out of state. Don't worry, the lady from Blue Cross Blue Shield was very nice and helpful. I will be changing all my prescriptions to home delivery since it is much easier and much less expensive! FYI to all, order 3 month supply, it is less expensive with Express Script Blue Cross Blue Shield. Just have your doctor e-script it in. :-)

0 stars, the lady who was doing the covid test on 5/5/22 at 345pm is rude and is whats wrong with this world. I showed up for a covid test 20 minutes early second in line. Test in front of me to 1 minute. I pulled up to the window and she informed me she doesn't have my paperwork and if have to wait until 4pm on the dot which is as d*** of an excuse as she is. So i pulled back around and let the car behind me go since there appointment was earlier. Fair. (Appointments take 60 seconds) so i pulled back around the line behind the car that was behind me, no problem they were done in 60 seconds. I then pulled up to the window she looked over and noticed it was me again and ignored me for 10 minutes (10 appointments). Car then pulls behind me i was the only one in line for 10 minutes i knew what she was doing so i pulled into the parking lot so the person behind me didnt have to deal with her bullsh*t and she took care of the car behind me in less than 60 seconds. Then 4-5 more cars within the 5 extra minutes i had to wait for it to be 4pm on the dot. Ma'am im informing you of this after you complete my test. Your customer service is 0 your iq is 0. You are a scum
