Brianna is a horrible med tech and pharmacy "manager" she is an utter disgrace to be the face of the pharmacy. She was talking and swearing under her breathe at me after she didn't fill a script correctly.

the drive-through pharmacy is rude beyond belief. i showed up today to pick up my prescription that should have been ready yesterday. when i got to the drive through, the attendant opened the door for the credit card transfer and stared blankly at me. i asked her if she needed my name or date of birth and she barked back at me demanding whether i was picking up or dropping off. she told me there was nothing in her system and i told her i received a message it should have been ready. without any apologies, she blankly stated that it would take another twenty minutes. rude. rude. rude.

This pharmacy has NO customer service. I went through the drive through with my sick self and my sick toddler. All I asked for was some cold medicine. She would not help me. Told me I had to come in. So I should bring in all the germs from our sick selves to the store when she could just grab some DayQuil. I’ll start going to CVS where they will do this for you. Even Target will bring you out medicine to your car. Just no care for people. Never will I again use them.

Absolutely worse pharmacy since they lost their pharmacist. No one can keep the staff on; everything is out of stock all the time. No store manager. Shondoria is the rudest want to be store manager that has no regard for customers or staff and is so completely rude. Walgreens needs to do a closer look at this “gem”.

If I could give zero stars i would. Go to any other pharmacy than this one. Run away. Please! The manager is a j*** (shondoria claims to be the manager). They can't keep any pharmacist on so they have floaters so none of the meds are getting ordered - everything is on back order. The pharmacy closes half the week and the other half of the week it closes early. No one literally cares about customers what so ever. I've called corporate, messaged corporate and nothing is done. We are stuck with Walgreens bc of insurance and this location is closest to us and our medically needy child. This location is also the closest to the hospital so you would think they would have it together but they don't. Just stay far away from this location.

My dentist called in a script for pain meds for a cracked tooth which is causing excruciating pain. Went all day without them yesterday because the pharmacy at this location was out of stock. Then they called me this morning to tell me my script was ready and i had until 8pm to pick it up. I get to the store at 5pm and the pharmacy decided to close 3 hours early. Unable to give me a reason why they closed early, the store manager sent me to another location. I went all the way to the other location only to be told that the script could not be transferred. So here i am for two days in dire pain due to this location's incompetence. There are other irate customers as well complaining, as well as on the phone with the manager. Thanks for nothing, Walgreens. It's unfortunate that my health insurance forces me to use this horrid excuse for a pharmacy. I would never never ever ever ever come here otherwise.

I scheduled a drive thru Covid text for 1145 am. I pulled in at 1142 to see seven cars waiting at the window. It is now past noon and I’m still waiting. If you can’t handle the demand then stop taking appointments! I had to leave because I had other obligations.

Its always a hassle to pick up a prescription in this store. When I finally made it to the front of the line the technician pulled my medication then told me I had another one. She then went over to the drive-thru window and started waiting on cars in the drive-thru line, with my prescription sitting right there. She completely forgot all about me. I left as I didn't have time to spend the whole morning there waiting. I never got my prescription, which is still waiting for me, but I can't get waited on to get it.

The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. Even working in a doctors office you can’t get any type of service, I’ve been put on hold 8 times and waited over 20 minutes to refill ONE bottle. Completely ridiculous and I feel bad for anyone ordering through this pharmacy.

I had medication called in at 11 o’clock in the morning and stop to pick them up and was told that they weren’t ready and I would receive a text message letting me know when to pick them up. 7 1/2 hours later I’m calling the pharmacist to find out if they’re ready and Dasha starts getting very rude and obnoxious. She’s explaining that they’re short staffed and she’s out of stock on medication and didn’t have a chance to check on them or to notify me that they were not able to fill my prescription. This woman’s attitude is the worst I’ve ever seen in this type of situation. If you can’t handle the stress of being the lead pharmacist at Walgreens then you probably should find a job that is less strenuous . She was rude and continually said she was going to hang up the phone and not help me because she was short staffed and she was not able to handle the stress of her job. After reading other reviews I seriously think this company needs to take a good look at their hiring process and how they put people in charge of these departments. People are very sick and going through a lot of issues the last thing they need is to deal with inapt pharmacist while trying to pick up basic prescriptions.

Pharmacy service is awful. Just awful. Takes FOREVER to fill a Rx once it is received. They don’t update their technology to reflect when the Rx is ready in the Walgreen’s app for the customer. None of the techs or pharmacists working there ever smile or have a positive attitude. You better have your information right too, name, address, telephone number. If you don’t; NO SOUP FOR YOU!

So I went thru drivethru because I had a mild cold with some bronchial irritation and mild sore throat, I asked tech if I can get guaifenesin syrup and generic dimetapp explaining why. Was told to either order online or go into store to get it....went down street to CVS and got what I asked for.

Always give you wrong information on prescription status. Never send reminder when prescription is ready and have back orders on certain prescription. AWFUL service I would have given no stars if review would let me
