This Walgreens was wonderful exceptional customer service. My first stop was at the pharmacy, Cindy, was friendly and knowledgeable I needed to get my husband set up on his prescriptions. He is a new customer. It was a breeze… Thank you, CINDY for your exceptional customer service. On the way out, I picked up a few items, PAULA the front end cashier rang me out service with a smile, I keyed in my number she told me I had some money I could redeem… She was fast and nice. Great customer service at the back and front end. !! My first time to this location I will be back. Great management great employees!!!Shout out to CINDY & PAULA for the awesome customer service I received.KimL

My girlfriend was embarrassed by an employee who thought making comments about her perfume was appropriate.

After years of being a customer here a few months back they decided to stop filling my anxiety meds the day before a hurricane since I lived through the one last year and literally just got furniture for the living room last week all because the storm last year destroyed everything. I was told I did nothing wrong and it was a corporate mandate to no longer fill any of my prescriptions despite filling one about 12 hours the day before so I'm not buying the whole corporate mandate excuse it makes no sense and since then it's been hell to find a pharmacy that carries all 4 of my prescriptions and I'm still currently trying to navigate that very difficult process. When they told me this I asked what to do and I was told to go to urgent care which is ridiculous advice because the issue is a mental health one and those scars can't be seen especially in someone in their early 30s but I haven't lived a normal life and most of my scars are mental. Yes mental health is losing its stigma but that stigma is still alive and well mixed with the fact that anti anxiety are all of a sudden in high demand for people to abuse and those of us that need them to function suffer the consequences.

Doing a trans-state relocation it’s been VERY hard getting my very government regulated prescription filled until my new benefits for Florida kick in & for the first time in 3 months I’ve had absolutely no problems having my Dr from NJ call/fax in my monthly refill(!?!) color me amazed!! Seeing how all pharmacies in Florida are basically either a CVS (who not only argued with him on the phone for almost an hour then made him fax it in anyway after the long phone argument and then they still refused to even consider filling it!?!) or Walgreens… I wasn’t too happy because corporate pharmacies always gave me trouble & I used a privately owned apothecary in NJ but again color me amazed as it took all of 20 minutes if that to get it taken care of & that’s when paying cash because it takes time for the paperwork to get processed but you’d think nobody behind a pharmacy counter has ever had to deal with government paperwork (lucky them!?). Anyway this will change if something negative happens when it’s ready for pickup (they do close for lunch) but so far I’m basking in my amazement!! Thanks for caring!! TTFN ✌?

If I could rate ZERO stars, I would. This is by far the WORST Walgreen's Pharmacy. The staff is never pleasant, they stereotype and judge the patients that come in. They are extremely rude, never put a smile on their face. They are incompetent. Not to mention, there are 3 drive through lanes, but they decided to only use the window lane for COVID testing and prescription pick ups causing long lines in the drive trough. I had to wait in the drive thru for over 45 minutes because of stupid drive thru covid testing. Open the other 2 lanes! Unless you cant because you cant keep enough staff. I believe it. The turnover rate at this location is ridiculous. Always new faces. They play games, called to check when my script will be ready. I was told they were out of stock and it would be ready the next day. I called the next day and was given a different answer. Get your stuff together people! This place a disaster. There are jobs hiring everywhere. If you're that unhappy, find a new career path. No one is forcing you to work there.

We visited from MN and I ran out of medications. When I called the pharmacist she was very helpful and refilled my prescription with no issues. However, the tech that gave me my meds when we pulled through the drive thru barely spoke English and was super rude!

My 5 stars is just for Maggy the cosmetologist. I went in walgreens not knowing about make up and she guided me and suggested certain products to me and has made a huge difference in how i look. I am 50 yrs old and could care less for make up except eyeliner once in a blue moon. My face was in need of tlc and Maggy suggested the right products for me and now everytime i go out i HAVE to wear my makeup that i bought at walgreens and i get so many compliments... Everyone tells me I look amazing. ! And it feels great ! I thank Maggy for taking the time to look for the right make up for me .. you are AWESOME. !I will forever be thankful to you. You changed my life ... when i first stopped at walgreens it was cause i had an upcoming invite to a party and i needed make up. I had NO idea what to get or even how to.use makeup except eyeliner, but Maggy took her time to find the right products for me and now i have been wearing EVERYDAY and i feel so good .. THANK YOU MAGGY YOU'RE MY TO GO TO COSMETOLOGIST FROM NOW ON ... FROM NOW ON !

Used this pharmacy for a few years then they brought in a new pharmacy manager who seems to have an ego that definitely affects his job performance. Anyways I've witnessed him treat customers like Walgreens doesn't care about losing them . I'd never go to this location again unless the pharmacy manager that's there is gone. The other regular pharmacist seems nice and caring. The manager on the other hand is unprofessional and an embarrassment to the Walgreens franchise.

I am writing this in the hopes that the management at this store will finally fix the lighting on their signage outside the store. It’s been flashing on and off like a strobe light for months!!! I understand this takes time and money to be fixed but it has been MONTHS and it’s still not fixed. You’d think the management would want this fixed ASAP as it makes the store looks so trashy at night but apparently not. Please get on this! I noticed it every night I drive home so felt compelled to say something.

Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. The staff was rude and not even remotely helpful. My doctors office repeatedly sent my prescription over to which they even got a reply that it was received but Walgreens kept denying they had gotten it. Because of this I didn’t have medicine for the weekend and when I originally spoke to a staff member I asked her if I was “SOL” and she told me yes instead of educating me that I could come in and get an emergency supply to get me through the weekend (this I found out from a random person). I will never use this pharmacy ever again. I will drive to one further away before I return.

The pharmacy staff are rude. I can overhear the disrespect shown to others. Some people are absolutely ignored. You are at their mercy. Each time I visit it's the same thing. I recently received a new prescription. After filling it and returning home I opened the sack to find a small ziplock bag with a couple tablets. It was a partial fill. I assumed they didn't have enough in stock but no one at counter explained why the doctor ordered one amount and I received less than 1/2. When I called to inquire the pharmacist was abrupt and just kept saying "that's your insurance." She then told me that I was to only take 1 tablet per week. This was in complete contradiction with the instructions on the label. A call to the insurance proved the pharmacist wrong.
