the pharmacists are extremely rude here. my prescriptions take a week to fill, even though my doctor sent the script multiple times. i’m waiting an hour for my prescriptions even when the line is short. don’t even bother going through the drive thru because they won’t notice you

terrible staff. don’t care about your well being and couldn’t care less about being kind. i’d rather succumb to sepsis than bother picking up my meds here.

Very rarely do I give a one star however I felt a sence of dismissiveness and i dont wish to be bothered like never before.
I don't use the pharmacy much here but i am a member, however my parents come visit me I try to get their drugs transferred from MetroHealth in Ohio and just getting them to call the pharmacy to transfer a drug very important to my mom's mental state for dementia they act like it's not important and they don't want to be bothered instead they sent the fax and it would take 3 days when I had asked him please call there they refused to call because they're too busy and can't be bothered this has to be the worst customer service Pharmacy in South Fort Myers

When it comes to calling the pharmacy just forget it, they will never answer. I was just on hold for 22 minutes and finally gave up and hung up the phone. Horrible customer service when it comes to calling this pharmacy.

I swear I never do these reviews but this is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to and it seems the feelings mutual with the other costumers I see waiting. The prescriptions never ready something is always wrong or missing and I end up spending an hr of my time just waiting for them to fill a script that should've been ready. Don't even try to call unless you want to wait 30min to an hr for someone to answer the phone only to put you on hold. I'd look to go to another pharmacy and save yourself the time and headache

This Walgreens is trash, especially the pharmacy, they never have anything ready even a day late, Whenever I go there the techs are just talking to each other about their day not doing any work.

Im calling from Dr office to cancel medication refill for patient. Waiting more than 15 mts and after that they hang up the phone.

The employee, Tamara, was finishing her shift and had two people waiting for passport photos. We walked in for a passport photo and she said we would have to wait 15+minutes for the next shift person bc she could not do it. I said we would wait. After some time she said she could do it but I said we would wait. She then informed me that it was the store policy they could not take child passport photos. Along with the manager several excuses were made. Tamara then claimed she never told us we had to wait for another employee to come. I had no reason to lie but she did. A bunch of backtracking. We just went across the street to cvs. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes.
Tamara was an overwhelmed liar.

The worst first time service ever.They claim that they never got a whole of my doctor and waiting for them to answer back.My doctor has 2 confirmations that they received it and still nothing.That has been since 1:01 and now it's 5:40.Its my life not theri and its not right.

My go to Walgreens very clean and good service. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. The manager Evan is exceptional.....his customer service is top notch. One of the best Walgreens in Lee county.

Incompetent is their speciality. Don't even try to call the store, you will be subject to recorded messages not related to your calling . You will be put on hold, finally they come on to say they are busy and put you on hold again. After 8 minutes I hung up on. I really hate this place. I will pick up y prescriptions for the last time! Best advice is to stay away from this lame location.

This pharmacy is horrible - I've been on the phone for near an hour, the pharmacist literally picked up after putting me on hold, realized I was still on, then put me back on hold. This is not the first time that this is happened. He finally answered and told me he had to call me back -- how do you have to call me back after I've been sitting on hold this long? No solutions and no idea whether I'll receive a callback. They're waiting for you to give up on getting your medication. They are also always out of my ADHD prescription - if you can get filled literally anywhere else, you should.

4-5 people working in pharmacy and they close the drive thru. Gosh wish I had been aware of this. I can't get out of my vehicle with ease and takes me a long time to get in/out of my vehicle. Guess I'll go to CVS then
