My roommate is forced to use them. The service sucks. The people in the pharmacy can't calculate days between refills. And they are always out of stock on standing monthly maintenance refills.

Walgreens 12780 Tamiami Trail in Naples - I need prescription for Covid. Very sick. Doctor prescribed Lagevrio. They said they wouldn’t have for a couple days. I asked him if he could check his other stores and he would have thought I asked him for his newborn child. Horrible store to do business with they do not care about their patients. I called Marco Island store myself and hadn’t changed over to them because I still haven’t heard back from them and it’s over two hours later.

If I could give you zero stars i would! I have yet to have a prescription submitted and filled without having to call the store a hundred times and having them pass the phone around to everyone because not a single person knows what they’re doing! I was very clear that I need my medication by Tuesday…I dropped it off last Wednesday…it says ready but the price was incorrect then I have to have my dr call to get it corrected and now it’s out of stock…a week later and I still don’t have the medication…how is it ready for pick up and then out of stock…your incompetence is affecting people’s health!!!!

Walgreens Pharmacy on homestead road in Lehigh Acres has the worst customer service, every month I have to fight with them to get my medicine. Went in this am to pick up my script and was told by the pharmacist on the nite shift said it would be ready after 12pm, went back at 3pm and was told that it was to soon to pick up my prescription, my doctor writes me 30day prescription every month and every month I have an issue. The pharmacist on duty at 3pm told me it was still to soon to pick up my medicine, I tried to explain to him 30 days from the day I picked up last month would be today - he threatened to call the police on me! I will not be using WALGREENS IN LEHIGH ACRES ever again!

Pharmacy closed has my 30-day refill that I have to have today or my body is going to go in the detox and they shut every Pharmacy down on the beach for miles and it's Sunday and you can't even get a hold of my doctor to transfer and they didn't tell anybody that they were closing down this is ridiculous it's going to be the last time I feel my prescription at any Walgreens ever again it's always a battle

Walgreen's has apparently gone to a central pharmacy in Orlando, FL to fill prescriptions, at least in my Naples, FL area. My wife has tried for the past several days to fill a prescription for an expensive drug.The response on their web site, for the past three days, is that the drug will be available the next morning. We have told the druggist that we are leaving for an extensive cruise and need the prescription filled before. So we will leave without this drug.WE are using AARP/United Health/Walgreens Plan D for the last 10 years or so. Based on this and other poor experiences, we will find another provider. Hopefully, others will do so and their management will wake up.

Went to pick up my sleep medication at 7pm. Pharmacy closed cause they didn't have a pharmacist. What kind of pharmacy is this. They keep you waiting on the phone also forever.

Walgreens Unique Circle worst service never open. Been using this place since it opened and has just gone down hill in the past 6 months. Horrible how do you not open when you have seniors prescription. Horrible

Switching to Publix, a prescription I use that insurance doesn't pay for is $128 as opposed to $50 at Publix! I use Single Care.

Dr. sent in script at around 10 am. app said it would be ready by 11:45 checked app at 12 said processing ready by 11:45. checked app again around 2 app said there was an issue with the prescription so I called the store. Tech said he would push it through for me give it until 4:30. It is now 6:15 been on hold with the store for 44 mins.This was their last chance I will be switching my medications to another pharmacy. These people could care less about our health, you know we get these prescriptions for a reason!

Very poor communication with pharmacist on duty on January 22. Dr. Called in the prescription but no progress. I drove to walgreens to say the Dr. Left a message. PHARMACISTS claims no voice mails as the light isn't on. Pharmacist listens tp voice mail yep there is a message for my mom. Come back in 30 minutes. I come back in 1 hour not filled. Dr. Called to give recipe for magic mouthwash. No text that it was filled. My dad finally goes there because the Dr. Said he gave them the recipe. The petscription was filled. Very odd and lots of pain while my mom wated.

Dropped off my prescription on Thursday at the Walgreens in Okeechobee. went back to get it. they were closed. Went back on Friday as the website said they were open to 6. they were closed at 2. Went back on Friday. they were supposed to be open till 7 they were closed at 2. went back today in the hopes that maybe according to their site that they would be open till 10 and they were closed at 7. they were very rude. This is inexcusable that I can't get my prescription back to even take somewhere else. I will never never use Walgreens again and I will be sure to advise others not to either.
