This place is a nightmare. They have increased their prices and it is all self checkout. The cashiers are directing traffic for the self checkout and are as typical extremely RUDE. I'm done. These greedy ass people need to close their doors.

This is my local walmart that i go to for shopping. literally avoid this store, staff is rude and incompetent, i've had to wait 2+ days on a same day order and received to compensation or help with it. just avoid.

Approached entrance as a black employee glares at me. Not very inviting. Store is poorly managed, employees are miserable. White young female employee frowning at customers in the auto checkouts. I just will not go back nor order, I can get everything I need from Amazon. I'm shocked this store hasn't been shut down.

Went to this Walmart at 6 PM on September 19, 2023 almost got hit by a truck in the parking lot speeding and when I left almost got hit by another car that was going the wrong way. And the security guard is sitting in the back of the parking lot doing I'm not sure what. This Has to be the worst Walmart in Florida.

Overcrowded, messy and understocked. Today's shop for two quick items took entirely too long. Carts scattered around the parking lot because the cart corrals were full. Some trash on the ground here and there. Inside, it's a busy store and they were out of stock in several different aisles. I managed to find what I needed though choices were limited in one area and disorganized in the other. Not nearly enough registers open. Yeah, that's the usual complaint at Walmart but they've converted so many of them to the "Scan & Go" self-checkouts which is fine except that they don't have enough of them open. Too many people running into too many scanning problems and only one associate there to help get them straightened out. Ugh, this was a poor experience. Only reason why this review gets any stars at all is because they have a decent selection of products inside. Parking lot situation is terrible. Always a long line to get out. There's only one exit that gets you out to six mile cypress that takes you to a stop sign that meets up with lots of traffic from the adjacent shopping plaza. There are shopping carts everywhere including blocking the reservation spaces for grocery pickup. Speaking of which, non grocery pickup shoppers are always parking there and do their shopping in The store and taking up the reserved spaces for actual eligible people. I've also had bad experiences with waiting an extremely long time for my grocery pick up just to find out there was already Marked picked up and the lady that was out giving groceries did not even speak English.

This has got to be the trashiest WalMart I have ever been in. Rude online shopper that think they own the place. Rarely are there carts in the store, regather scattered all over the parking lot. Poor management. I have seen better even locally as well as in other towns. Employees look like there are pissed they have to work or answer a question. Over the past five years, Fort Myers has become more trashy and discussing. Sad to see for what used to be a nice place to live.

I don't really make reviews but felt like I needed to for this one. Not only are the staff inside rude and unprofessional. I pickup orders through Walmart express and each time I go, I wait for an hour and never receive my order. The order ends up getting cancelled or I end up cancelling myself due to the long wait time. I've been here to pickup order countless times and it's the same every time. It's to a point where I don't accept pickup orders from this location anymore. This Walmart gives the company a bad name. Something needs to change there!

Worst shopping experience ever today at this Walmart Supercenter. I always overlooked the rusted out and broken down shopping carts, the dirty feel of the store, the disorganized product on the shelves and lots and lots of outdated products in dairy just for the close convenience and price. Today I picked up a small bag of grated cheeses, checked the date and put it in my cart. I started smelling this strong odor that smelled like a rotten decaying corps. After a few minutes I realized it was the bag of cheese and now the smell was also on the hand I picked it up with. I went to put it back and get another one but the smell was just too overwhelming in that section. I put everything back that I had already gotten and left the store. Even the hand wipes I had in my car couldn't get the smell off entirely. I will never buy groceries at this store again.

Had an issue with an online order today. It was supposed to be delivered from 8-9am. It didn't show up and just stayed in the "preparing order" status. Finally around 9:45 I decided to drive to the store. I was directed to the pick up area and was met by a couple gals. One was Gina and I unfortunately can't remember the other girls name. They searched and searched but couldn't find my order in Their system. They called over who I think was a manager, William. He was unable to find it as well. It was a little frustrating for me as I was in a hurry but they pulled together and had my items re-picked, bagged and had me on my way in about a half hour. We all know technology can be a pain but these guys handled it very well and even gave me a bag of samples and goodies for the inconvenience. They were all very busy but made this issue that was out of their control as painless as possible!

Really hate the self checkout registers. It is so sensitive that if you scanned an item and the camera sees any wrong moment even in the slightest, it will think or should I say review your actions to make sure you're not stealing. I don't need to steal from Walmart and the only reason why I continue to use the self checkout registers is because is faster than waiting for an actual person to ring you out. They should really try improve there system or have more people on registers but we know it's Walmart so what else can we expect? I could do online orders but I am not lazy enough to do that. I would rather go in and get what I need, what I want to get.

Not a fan...kind of dirty and disorganized...chaotic shopping experience. No one to help if you have any questions..Yeah if I'm going to subject myself to shopping with crowds I guess I prefer Target...Definitely a cleaner store than Walmart...

Worst and dirtiest store and the checkers are horribly slow and stupid. This is a speedy line and she is slow she can be and laughs about it. I always regret coming to this store and prefer driving to the Estero store. This store should be demolished and put a park here would be better use of land.

I wish I could rate a 0/5 star rating. They're the worst. They never restock their aisles. The check out lines are never open. Usually there's 2 check out lines with cashiers, and only one of the self check out sections is open. Today there was literal poop on the floor. Smeared and in a pile. They put a come by it, and just left it. I saw multiple people step in it or roll their cart through it. Disgusting. Their staff is also very unfriendly and undertrained. Not to mention, they never have carts. Horrible.
