My least favorite location. The checkout lines are awful and they don't allow you to choose whether you want to self-checkout, I'd rather do it myself then wait as it is much quicker, also many self-checkouts are closed. I'd recommend that you seek a different location.

Store was neat and organized in the departments I went to: beauty, junior/women's clothing, garden, produce. I had a question in the garden section but employee couldn't speak any English. Not helpful.

This place has to be the worst Walmart on planet Earth! Extremely rude staff half of them don't even speak basic English to even communicate for assistance. All the shelves are disorganized or out of stock nothing is organized whatsoever! No checkouts ever opened even though there are self checkouts for the most part most of them are closed!

Went shopping at this location I checked out at self checkout aisle. I requested cash back so I can give a veteran in a wheelchair in the other isle 5 dollars because he was short $5 I requested cash back the machine gave me $20 I asked the cashier for change from the $20 so I can give him $5 and she said she couldn’t give it to me that I need to go to customer service . I told her can I give you the $20 and you give me the change back again she told me to go to customer service I go to customer service she avoided me like I wasn’t even there I said said excuse me 10 minutes later she says she can’t give it to me that it’s the stores policy so I asked her what am I supposed to do and she told me to go to one of the cashiers . I go to a different cashier and she said I have to buy something to get change back long story short I bought something just to get change back . Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Walmart .

Today at Walmart on Colonial Blvd Fort Myers Fl 33966 my husband had to drive me because I m unable to drive because I hurt my knee & needed a walker & couldn’t drive We food shopped for $289.12 Unfortunately cashier DID NOT speak English I couldn’t make her understand anything I said Other workers translated 4 different times what was to b done I brought cold bags for milk & frozen foods She just didn’t get it For spite she put milk in upside down & packed everything wrong I was putting items on counter so I wasn’t really watching her She packed cleaning products with cereal She didn’t know Roll Back Prices Didn’t know store coupons Totally horrible Whoever trained her didn’t train her right Plus as a American I expect English to b spoken by whomever is taking care of my order It was horrendous!!Shame on
Walmart English is spoken in America She was unprofessional & not at all knowledgeable & DID NOT speak English or know how to pack items that were bought ! We are 83 & 74 & won’t b back in your store because of how we were treated by this lady cashier Unforgivable Walmart total disaster 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. Terminal #285157995 I think register #9 Plus she had my credit card declined Never happened to me before Horrific experience for us

Even though all the self checkouts were green, they wouldn’t let you use them. They were busy wiping off the screens and the four open cashiers had 5 deep lines. I almost left the order if I didn’t need the stuff today.

It was my favorite Walmart, but they have made a system to make payment at the checkout that is a bit diabolical, the lines are endless, really, who came up with this idea, it deserves an OSCAR, because it managed to make customers uncomfortable

I recently encountered a distressing incident at Colonial Walmart on January 22, 2025, in which I was falsely accused of stealing a jacket I had worn into the store. Unfortunately, store personnel declined to review the surveillance footage, which would have substantiated my account. Nevertheless, I possessed proof of purchasing the jacket from a different store in North Fort Myers.I have submitted a report to Walmart and plan to seek legal counsel to initiate a lawsuit.
