They closed both my debit and credit accounts because I did not answer a letter about my immigration status. I am sad and upset because I work a lot in this country for the bank to decide to close my account.

This is a review of the accounts and account requirements offered at this bank. Wells Fargo has terrible options! My balance dropped $30.00 below the $500.00 daily required balance for ONE DAY and Wells Fargo was like, “yippee!!! we get another $10.00! We get another $10.00! We get another $10.00!” (Picture Jack Sparrow dancing with a jar of dirt) I recommend Capital One Checking NO FEES, NO minimum balance required AND they give you 5%APR for the money you hold in your checking account. Wells Fargo Banks are THIEVES!

This has to be one of worst banks I’ve ever been to. Expect about a 15 minute wait or longer if you go through the drive-thru. Terrible customer service and the manager is a joke. The manager just walks around and does absolutely nothing should be retrained in customer service.
I’ve been going there over a year now and they still don’t recognize you when you come in. They always ask if you’re an existing customer with them every single time you go into the bank or drive-thru . Will not return.
Do not recommend this bank.

One of the absolute banks to deal with. Always an issue...never have a resolution. They only thing they are good at is taking your money and or telling you that they can assist you. Useless. I've been with Wrlls Fargo for almost 15 years and that is about to change.

This location is horrible! I had to make an appointment three different times for my business in which I never got seen not one time! The last time I was just there my appointment was at 3:30 and I was waiting for a half hour just to be told that I still have to wait because they only had TWO CLERKS and were serving other people. Every time I walk in this location there is literally only two clerks and maybe two bankers. When I asked the manager how come he can't help me he told me that he can't do applications even though he's the manager and all he kept doing was shrugging his shoulders and telling me that if I go to any other Wells Fargo I'm going to get the same thing. I will never ever come to this location again I am so highly disappointed with this location and how I was treated. I would never recommend going to this location if you need service! You will not get seen for hours!

I had some cashier's checks that were drawn on Wells Fargo that I received when I sold a mobile home today I also bank with Wells Fargo so I thought this is great there will be no problem haha what a joke . The little manager decided to stick his nose in it after the lady had already told me she was going to cash one and deposit the other and told me I could not cash either . Makes no sense there are cashiers checks drawn on that bank so they knew the money was good they just wanted to irritate me and hold my money for a day sad thing is I was about to open a savings account there but tomorrow when my money clears I'm getting every penny out . They have the worst reviews around on Google and everywhere else . Go somewhere else do not Bank there . They think they're the only Bank around but they are wrong !
