Windsor at The Edison Mall in Fort Myers is beyond amazing. Such beautiful dresses and clothing for my daughters and all their wants! The staff there are always kind and eager to help with a smile. Eva, especially, is phenomenal!! We are never disappointed with this store.

Great store!!! Found everything I wanted quickly and easily. Glad this store is in the mall. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be going back for some more.

Love this store and the clothes fit me like a glove majority of the time. Gabriella and Katie are very kind/helpful! Definitely our favorite store at Edison Mall.

Iva/eva was awesome I came in for a trip today and she literally helped me with everything I kept telling her I would leave her alone after every outfit but she insisted in helping. The rest of the staff even chimed in as well. Definitely will be back!

If 0 stars was an option… i would’ve chose it. Eve/Eva was rude, no customer service, and messy. Ive shopped here for prom and have never had a bad experience… what happened to this store?! Ridiculous!

Megan's rude. She straight up doesn't wanna do her job or help people that shop there. I'm really surprised that they even hired this girl. Maybe she could use some extra training to learn how to do exchanges rather than just telling people NO. Her boss seemed to know how to do the exchange just fine.
