I am a regular customer from Canada and I haven't always had the best experiences in-store however today I went to the Edison location and Maria assisted me and she was amazing! I have never given a review but I am taking the time to do it because she was so wonderful. Also, special mention to Eva who was also very pleasant and helpful.

Eva was extremely helpful today while my daughter and I shopped for a dress for her school dance. She listened to what my daughter wanted and found the perfect dress quickly. The store offers so many great options and sizes, making it an ideal place for teens to shop. We had a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely be recommending this store to friends and family.

This shopping experience was very unpleasant. I understand wanting to go home it’s a holiday weekend & probably stressful dealing with the public. The way the staff were handling the store closing was something I’ve never seen before.it was very rude & felt very much like “ok, get out now” As a shopper, it was very uncomfortable. It wasn't even 10 minutes past closing time. I was already done, I was just switching out a shirt because the shirt I had already in my hand was stained. I was reminded they were closed again. The first time I was leaving the fitting room and had just opened the door I was told “we’re closed” harshly as if I wasn’t allowed to check out anymore. I had heard them going around saying the store was closing I was getting stressed and putting everything back on the hanger to be courteous to them. In business, you can politely say things to get your point across. It doesn’t haven’t to be dry & to let your customers know you’re very much annoyed with their presence. If it wasn’t my birthday weekend I would have just left the clothes there and walked out but I had finally found and outfit I liked. It was just a shame that this is how customer service was at the store. I highly doubt I’ll be returning.

Tried returning a belt that I never used still had the tag and receipt but they said I can’t return any type of accessories. Nowhere on their policy does it say belts/accessories just jewelry. I feel like it was the cashier‘s job to let me know whenever I bought it that this couldn’t be returned.

I had a wonderful experience at Windsor at Edison Mall! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful when I had questions about my purchase. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I left happy, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

The fitting room attendant on Friday 5-16-2025 7:30pm should not be working in the service industry.

I come to Edison mall Windsor and I’m very happy and satisfied with the customer service I get my closet is nothing but Windsor products shoes, dresses purses but most of all Eva the manager she is awesome. She helps me order stuff online. I love all the staff keep up the good work, Eva .

The worst place for customer service. The manager was at the checkout and lacks any kind of service. They have no empathy with the public. They did not want to exchange an item with its original invoice, which was a Christmas gift. People like that should not be serving the public.

I love shopping at Edison Mall Windsor. Every employee is always welcoming, greeting me as soon as I step into the store. The store is ALWAYS so clean and organized. The employees are also constantly on the floor walking around and helping. My favorite place to shop!

I had an amazing experience at Windsor at the Edison Mall! Eva was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to put together outfits for my holiday party. Her eye for style and attention to detail made the whole process so enjoyable. I’m so impressed with her recommendations that I’ll definitely be coming back to redo my entire wardrobe. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of being help by both Eva and Ellie, and I can honestly say they went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I stepped into the store, they were incredibly responsive, patient, and attentive to all my needs. I came in to find both a birthday outfit and another outfit for a concert I am going to and they took the time to make sure I found the perfect outfit for each event and helped me throughout my entire visit at the store. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers are truly unmatched. It's rare to come across such dedicated individuals, and I’m so grateful for their outstanding service!! They truly made my experience such an amazing one !!

Windsor at The Edison Mall in Fort Myers is beyond amazing. Such beautiful dresses and clothing for my daughters and all their wants! The staff there are always kind and eager to help with a smile. Eva, especially, is phenomenal!! We are never disappointed with this store.
