I needed a tire and at first I was kind of skeptical but it turned out the guys did a great job and also found that the first tire they had picked wasn't any good. Anyway got it mounted and ready to roll.

I called at 4:30 pm with an emergency… I needed 4 tires for my truck…. It’s 6:15….. and I’m home and my truck has 4 new shoes and for a great price…. I can’t complain! Thank you zoom… you live up to your name!

Employees are very helpful and the prices are fair. My tire i bought was defective and the staff gladly exchanged it for a new one no questions asked. I've bought 2 tires from them and will definitely be back.

This place knowingly sold us used tires with dry rot that were in worse condition than the tires that needed replaced. They took advantage of us and because they gave us a discount if $10 per tire off of the manufacturer cost, they would not allow us to return them. Make sure you know everything to look for in a tire and not trust what they tell you or they will take advantage of you.

Their other location will send you there for a tire saying they don’t have it . When you get there they will Jack the price up.
Definitely horrible customer service , if I could leave a zero star. I would.

Went maybe just over a month ago for tires I could ride on until I was able to get some new ones as my tread was running pretty low. Left with tread worse than I came with and one of the tires had a nail in them. Techs there were unprofessional and plain disrespectful too seeing how I got there well before another guy but they dropped my stuff to take care of him first because he seemed to be good friends with them. $100 wouldn't have been bad for it all if it was even decent quality work. Would not return and definitely wouldn't recommend.

took my truck to get an alignment 3 months ago and they told me that it wasn't going to be completely good because it needed to change the bearings, now, I changed the bearings and took it, I was waiting for an hour and in the end the manager got angry with the previous client because he couldn't align his truck either and with a terrible attitude he told me that he simply wasn't going to do the job and that he wasn't going to help anyone anymore, I didn't exchange a word with him nor did he take the time to check my truck, it was just my wasted time, terrible service and terrible attitude
