I have been a employee at the 7 11 on olleander
Ave twice I have been a customer there for a decade. The last 4 months the place has gone down the toilet. To have expired coffee almost make you sick and then to be blamed for not having any in stock is just sad. I'm sorry that you were having a bad day but customer service is your job and it's not ok to disrespect anyone. Luckily we were raised better than that and me and my beautiful significant other smiled and went about our day. Maybe the place will get better maybe not . If you work at a gas station or any customer service related job you should really try to do customer service as part of the job not treat a great customer like someone you can't stand.

Open 24 hours, yeah right. You walk in to get something and they come and tell you its closed, locks door. Ridiculous.

I went to your location this am at 7am , the girl who is working is to worried about flirting with the guy in front if us at register , she was completely rude and unprofessional she needs to stop worrying about tiktoc over her customers ! Plus such a nasty attitude always dirty and stinky!

its 4am june 11th, & got the worst Experience ever. i came into this 7-eleven having to use the restroom very bad. & the door was unlocked so as soon as i walk thru the door 0 wet floor signs. then as im walking to the bathroom i hear a African-American women i believe to be the manager yell “is the floor wet” i replied “no its dried “& as i start walking to the bathroom it seems to be a big area of dry muddy foot prints in the middle of the floor the woman tells me “the floor is wet” while she in standing on the mud along with another worker in the corner of the store . mind you the floor is covered in dirt & mud already with small wet patches. (if the floor was wet why no wet floor signs?) but i say its fine i have to use the restroom ill take of my slides & wear my socks but i have to really use the restroom she repiles “no, go to the 7 eleven’s up the road” & i leave . floor already was very very dirty i feel as if me walking two feet & i was already at the bathroom wouldnt have caused any harm but i know now not to ever come back to that 7 eleven definity could have been nicer & cleaner the mop water in the bucket was pitch-black no wonder the floor was covered in mud & i saw a cup with a toilet brush in it next to the food freezer.

Worst place ever. Store was completely empty, worker was outside talking with friends. Waited over 15 minutes just for some chips. Ended up putting them back and leaving.
