I have trouble accessing my unit. I got a call back, but I remain unable to access my unit. I am up to date with payment as a matter of fact. I'm on auto pay, but no auto access. I have given a referral to a friend. I hope they are satisfied with their service.

It keeps switching ownership used to be able to talk to someone in the actual office now they have an answering service I like to pay my storage a week early but they want to charge you extra for this I don't think they're doing enough about the vermin situation have a recliner that was eaten away buy something watch for unauthorized charge for insurance because I gave them a bad review now they raised my rates ??

I parked my utility trailer at Fort Pierce Depot for the past 8 months with no problems. The facility is reasonably priced, well maintained, the gate and code always worked and I appreciated that there was a friendly and helpful attendant on duty 5 days a week. I understand the Depot will be unattended now and I hope that works out OK when I return in a few months.
