I strongly recommend against doing business with this outfit! I requested a return and refund just hours after purchasing a refrigerator but before delivery. They refused to refund the total amount; forcing me to buy an expensive refrigerator part that I cannot use!
I would also urge thoroughly researching appliance prices because I found that their "scratch -and-dent" prices were no better than you can find "on sale" appliances from trustworthy retailers!

My husband and I went in there to purchase a new dryer for my stepdaughter, and for ourselves, we are so pleased with the customer service we received, and very happy with our products, as a matter of fact, we're going to get a dryer today☺️ you cannot compete with these prices....Barry was an amazing and so very helpful ?????

Bought GE DRYER & WASHER April 2023, dryer stopped heating soon after the one yr warranty anniversary. So we had to fix on our own. Appliances are cheaper made these days. My next buy unfortunately won't be here, only because they don't offer extended warranty

Just had my discounted Samsung French Door refrigerator delivered yesterday evening. I’m so happy and pleased with not only the price but the exceptional delivery from John & Angel. Both were pleasant, and took my old fridge out and brought the new one in without issue. I encourage all to look to them for great deals (Ft. Pierce) bI believe they also have another location in Stuart. I wish them and WL Appliance outlet all the best with their business. I’m sure my husband & I will be back in the future when we need to upgrade other appliances.

Their range was amazing and we were able to score an amazing fridge with very minimal damage for an awesome price! However the sales man there was very clearly not happy with his life and the comments that were made and underlying jabs about us taking the fridge ourself and about my kids being loud were beyond unnecessary

I went there looking to buy a front-load washer Machine worst customer service I'm a Manager work in customer service for about 45 years it's not a good experience The salesperson didn't know anything and didn't answer any of my questions and was laughing at me.Ill never recommend that store .

Amazing prices and saved around $600-$700 on my fridge! A bit of marks on it but nothing that some pictures and magnets can’t hide! Can’t complain either this is why it is less and wayyyy worth it! Great service and will be back for other appliance needs ??
