I am embarrassed by my teeth as I need a lot of help. The staff was incredible. They did not make me feel bad out my teeth. Harmony was so kind. Dr Negrut was very kind as well. I look forward to my new smile. ?

Lovely ladies from the check in to the X-ray tech to the assistant to the manager at the check out desk. The dentist is kind and informative. He listens and educates on all aspects of care. Each person was wonderful. Check out Manager is super helpful with financing and explaining upcoming appointments and charges. I highly recommend 5000 Okechobee Rd., Fort Pierce, Aspen Dental!!

The staff were friendly, compassionate and fast. I went for a broken tooth that needed an extraction. Everything went well. No more pain! Thank you so much.

This was my first visit to this dental clinic, and I feel it went well. Frankly, I had been looking for a new dentist and this clinic seems to be satisfactory. The staff was professional and made me feel right at home and everyone, (including the dentist!) was friendly and unafraid of displaying a sense of warmth and some humor. So far, so good.

Terrible service at this location. The office was unprepared. I had to do most the insurance interaction myself. Manager has major attitude problem. The only pleasant interaction were the girls inside with X-rays and other care. The Dr.seemed defensive when discussing about my care. At end, they were trying to over charge and perform services I did not need, now confirm by my new Dentist Facility. I had good service in Boca Office but in this location, non acceptable, terrible.

The dentist was awesome and the dental assistants were awesome too. The dental hygienist refused to do a routine cleaning unless I underwent "gingival irrigation" (a lengthy, expensive antibiotic treatment). She claimed that my gums were inflammed and that it was necessary. I think she is either grossly incompetent if she believes what she was claiming, or was simply trying to get the bill higher. Either way, I will never come back here. It's a shame, I was really excited to get started on some of the things I discussed with the dentist. Apparently, Aspen is unwilling to fill cavities or do anything else unless you purchase the cleaning though. I do not take kindly to providers trying to bully me into unnecessary treatments especially antibiotic prophylaxis.

These places are like Walmart of dentistry. The same guy that told me that certain medicines can cause receding gums and tooth loss for certain reasons such as not proper salivation amongst other reasons and then when I went and got a second opinion after an incident elsewhere, he kept saying oh it was probably a cavity. The last time I saw that dentist at Aspen they were ready to sign me up for $40,000 finance on new teeth because they just wanted to start pulling teeth unnecessarily so they can get started on giving A 42-year-old person a full set of dentures when not even halfway close to that. Anyway, the greed definitely shows because it's almost like they're trying to sell you a car the way they present you with some BS that they make up why they have to pull out all your teeth and make you a person adventures so you're all know for I think it was 16 for the top and 15 for the bottom or something. But they were happy because signing up and finance made for the rest of my life on an SSDI income. It's definitely like getting your teeth pulled one year going grocery shopping or something. I don't want some fast tracked dentist or any medical professional fast tracked through anything. You're really rolling the dice when you see medical attention these days people are super clueless that if they have a certain title as a job and carry special insurance just in case, I don't feel bad taking 6 months of all of their pain so that they have to spend their savings for 6 months on bills. I have no empathy for lying butcher people that just and that they don't have a clue what's going on regarding this matter when they could have just reached out one time and helped themselves. Now it's getting expensive and my lawyer had it happen to him as well from somewhere else and they can't stop anybody from suing their insurance. Especially when I have my doctor for 15 years in the know of every single thing that has happened regarding that establishment and the one that disfigured me as well. He's very familiar with what they are on the floor because he's been my doctor for 15 years and and if they never offered any assistance especially after the grievance was wild, they're screwed once in my lawyer contacts them and explains the severity of felony charges. That does not pertain to Aspen Dental however. But Aspen Dental could have been truthful about a second opinion when I went for one. He thinks that maybe there was a cavity in one tooth and just so happens, that for Keith from that very day we're broken and are still broken and half to be replaced with implants along with two other teeth but Aspen Dental should have seen the slice in My flesh on top of the roof of my mouth gouging the back of my teeth when it stopped abruptly and this stress crack from the drop, made it only a matter of time before the teeth sheared off completely. If Aspen showed a little bit of sense in the injury, they would have got the work of the expensive implants for validating an accident or injury of some kind happened at the dentist. And I had the films from before and after. I could see the damn crack down my front tooth and I could catch it with my fingernail after that day until the front tooth totally sheared off while I was eating a soft piece of cake. Another tooth to the right it's still wiggles and gets caught when I speak sometimes and hurts like something unimaginable. If they refuse to seek payment from my insurance company after the grievance and saying they will not, they stole any money that I could have used to temporarily fix this BECAUSE I'm getting sick and worn down for not eating and they're causing health problems for sure with not sleeping and malnourishment. Aspen just wanted to sucker me into signing on the dotted line for $40,000 for new teeth that's all they cared about. I think it was the same company that's why the dentist caught up and walked away so quickly when I went for the second opinion cuz he knew damn well that this w

I have not been to the dentist in awhile and I was very nervous going. The front office was very inviting but it still did not ease my nerves. They took me back and did x-rays. The person doing the x-rays explained everything and even gave me a little insight to what he saw. My nerves calmed alittle. Than made it into the dentist chair. The dentist explained everything in detail and showed me what I needed done. The knowledge and care attitude he had just relaxed me to where my nerves were gone. He gave me options on what I could do and how they would go about making my smile better. If you need a dentist and really care about service and compassion for their Patients. This Aspen Dental is top tier. I will advise anyone who needs dental work to check these guys out.

I had a tooth that was bad, and I knew it was but suddenly it got unbearable and even though it was late in the afternoon, they made the time to get me in and take care of the problem. From the moment I walked through the front door to the very end, they were the most kind and professional people I have ever dealt with especially at a dentist office. they did not rush to get me in and out because it was the end of the day rather they took their time and did their jobs with professionalism and with care. That is something very rare to find these days. I am very grateful for everyone’s kindness, professionalism, and their help. Thank you everyone.

We have been a customer for 10 years, which includes 2 different states, I called this new location wanting to transfer from Jensen due to a more convenient location. I was told they needed to”check our records”Ok- it’s 10 days later, no return call! What’s to check?? Even with great dental insurance if there was an additional charge not covered such as fluoride you aren’t allowed in their chair without paying upfront- what needed to be checked? 10 days have gone by, they couldn’t care less about loyal customers!
