I went in to add 2 lines to my account, I ran into some issues with AT&T and this process took literally a week to resolve however Addalle & Jade were amazing and patient with me and helped me through the process at the end of the we were able to get the 2 lines added, hands down the best employees and very helpful

Rate plan changed without our knowledge or any discussion. Employees did not even try to act interested in helping us. Sim cards switched so our data was incorrect. Sales person actually left us & never came back. The entire experience was terrible.

Store authorize approval for new phone and did not check id, uncool. Calling store in am to complain. Fort pierce location. Did not follow security for customer.
