Ms Laura in the office is AMAZING! Very professional and nice. She made the process so easy, followed up and explained everything very well. Jose in maintenance was very helpful and accommodating as well. Atlantis cove has made my wish for a cozy apartment come true. It's been a great experience overall.

Community is very quiet which is nice but all the appliances are old or outdated. I had to get my water heater replaced back in October 2024 because it flooded my apartment and my AC was recently leaking a few weeks ago come to find out it was “fixed” by wrapping electricity tape around the pipes. Luckily they fixed it but it's a pain. Theres also these little bugs that come and go called drugstore beetles. I pay for pest control every month but honestly does nothing. There's one window in each room wish there was more sunlight coming through because the blinds barely work. Also the building I’m in you can see that it’s like falling apart. When I first moved in Michelle was the property manager she was great but she left unfortunately

I have been a resident of Atlantis Code for approximately 2 weeks. After months of looking, this place is by far the BEST. I was here months ago on a Saturday and nobody was here. For some reason I was drawn back to this place. The apartments are immaculate. Totally impressed the day Michelle showed me a two bedroom. As soon as I met Michelle I knew this was where I would be living. Michelle went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with the application process. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The company is very lucky to have Michelle, as I'm very lucky to have met her.

Atlantis Cove is a great place to rent. The leasing process was easy, and the staff is very welcoming. Michelle, the manager, was super helpful and always accessible, making my moving process so easy! The apartment was very neat, and the community is very peaceful.

I have been living in this community for six years now. It has been a convenient place for me and my son, as the school has a good rating. The manager and maintenance staff respond promptly to any requests, and in case of emergencies, they are always available for the residents, regardless of the time or date.

I have enjoyed our 3 years at Atlantis cove. Clean and quiet neighborhood. The office staff and maintenance team are always super helpful and were always available when we needed them.

This community is friendly, safe and welcoming! The staff goes out of their way to make sure your needs are met in a timely manner, and I have been treated as if I am a favorite family member from the moment I inquired about living here. Not only is the property manager genuinely kind to me, but she is genuinely kind to my dog also. The property is well-kept, there are several poop stations and a cute doggie park also. There are several amenities, and it is very affordable! We love living at Atlantis Cove and it's by far the best apartment living community experience we've had thus far!

DO NOT RENT HERE!! Granted this is a quiet and safe place to live. The Office is very unprofessional; they never answer the phone and have terrible communication skills. I absolutely wouldn't recommend. 2 days into moving in, everything fell apart. Save yourself the headache and find people who actually care.

Love the convenient location, the apartments is well keep, the staff is very understanding and get any complaints handled at a timely manner. I was afraid at 1st due to my previous experience but the process want well.
