Terrible attitude and service
I had doubts about my purchase and the next day I returned and the person who helped me the day before had a very bad attitude, so I decided to cancel my purchase by calling AT&T, then I returned to the store to return one of the chargers that had been there. I bought it and it turned out that it wasn't even scanned on my receipt. The person who helped me the day before had scanned something different that wasn't the one I bought. I even showed her my bank account so she could see how much they had withdrawn from me and that wasn't even the problem. It wasn't mine, it was from the person who sold me the charger and I scanned something else, the Manager only wanted to return me five dollars for the charger since when I bought it I had paid much more for it, as a customer I would recommend that if you have any questions or return, call AT&T directly, this way you avoid having a bad time with these types of people, especially with the employee and the Manager. The only ones I saw that do give very good service are the men in that store.

My iphone started having issues so I stopped here. I was not able to make calls or receive calls. The lady that worked there had so much attitude but the gentleman helping was very friendly and helpful. It took a little longer and my 8 year old needed to use the restroom. I asked the lady if she had a restroom we could use and she said no. I was shocked. So I asked her “oh wow where do they go if they need the restroom” she responds rudely in an irritated attitude that I need to walk over to tropical smoothie to use the restroom. I then left my phone for the man to continue to work on and walked out with my 8 year old to tropical smoothie. The door was locked and the lady in tropical smoothie store said I could not use it because it was for paying customers.which is understandable. At this point my daughter was in near tears so I purchased something from tropical smoothie and my daughter quickly used the restroom. I’ve been with AT&T for years and years. We have 2 cellphones and home internet with them and this is how they treat paying customers. I had to go pay another business to use their restroom whilst I was getting service for my son home at AT&T plus the lady had so much attitude. Do better!!

They sell garbage the people and won't stand behind it I bought a charger from them did not last 2 weeks went to go back and they said there's nothing they can do horrible experience the employees do not care

Paula went ABOVE and beyond. She was on the phone with ATT for over an hour and a half trying to figure out the issue with my phone. She advocated for me as a customer when the service agents couldn't figure out. I am beyond grateful for her work ethic and customer service.

I recommend this store, the representative Paula is very attentive, she works hard and fights to help you get the best Plan, she explains everything to you and also if you come to change your service for At&t she gives you the necessary help to make you feel confident and you leave there satisfied and happy. The staff here knows their stuff. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Go see them for all your AT&T needs.
