all three employees talked about me in Spanish assuming i did not understand them. the blad guy (spanish knock off of the rock) called me a "muchacho" in a condescending manner. the older lady there looked right at me and walked away even thou there was no one else in the store and made me wait 15 minutes this place is a joke and so is the management

So there a lady there she said she the manager and she didn’t want to help me at all, I gave her my number she said she didn’t find the battery and she wanted me to buy a new battery for $259 but some else helped me and with the some numbers and the battery warranty was in the system the whole time. She just didn’t want to take the battery out cause she was about to go home. She didn’t want to work

Assisted us my doing an engine check for us. She found out the problem and solved it real fast telling us our options to solve. She knows her stuff.
She definitely, gave us good service quick, fast and efficiently. As a store manager this the type of service will definitely make you come back.

I want last week and Julie helped me out a lot and helped me find everything I need and she was a little new and needed some guidance but before that she had already helped me find and get everything I need and gave me a pretty good deal on my oil and oil filter and a air filter ! She was super kind and good customer service and quick!

I was transiting from Melbourne to Miami when I stopped for gas. My battery completely died and after jumping the car, I stopped at store #1238 in Ft. Pierce. Juan Rios helped throughout the whole process. I had no tools and I was with my 3-year old daughter, who had an appointment in South Florida within 3 hours of the incident. Juan was quick, professional and reloved/replace the old battery. I was on my way in minutes and I was able to make it on time for the appointment. Great service and professionalism. Thanks!
