The self bay car wash SUCKED no soap, no pressure, terrible brush.
Wanted to wash my car while my lau dry was going but laundromat looked lime a local hang out for homeless folks. It was so packed in the laundry mat. I dont understand how this place has 4 stars

Refuse to go there due to the noise. They have zero control over their customers . I hope the city does something about it.

Average, a relic at best I used it years ago after they fixed it the first time .... but now the vacuum it could pick up dirt off a rubber mat. I didn't pass the shirt suction test at all, just cool noise no action

If I could give a 0 star rating I absolutely would. My new car is now both scratched and dented after going through the automated car wash lane. An employee was smoking weed right next to the check out section before pulling into the lane, the employees scrubbed my car for about two minutes with dirty brushes and then they beat on the sides and back of my car as it pulled into the lane. I also paid for the most expensive wash and one side of my car didn't even get soap on it was we went through the tunnel. Upon explaining the dent/ scratch situation to the car wash employee, I was then directed to the liquor store that is attached to the laundromat and car wash for some reason. I explained the situation again to yet another employee and was asked to wait. Mr. Dixon did not show up and another employee told us to just go find him...??? We did. Needless to say he was the worst. Just rude and aggressive. he also refused to give us his name or office phone number for insurance purposes so I had to do some sleuthing. When we went back to the car, he followed us, cussed at us, called us liars, then brought a strange man over to look at the damage on my car. He claimed that no car had ever been damaged by his car wash and that there was no way that his machines damaged my vehicle because the brushes did not touch my car. According to the other reviews here, there has Feinstein been damage in the past. Also, what am I paying for if the brushes are not touching my car? Globs of wax or soap or whatever spurting from tacky bottles on the wall that didn't even reach my car by the way? To be fair though, my car was very dirty and we'd just finished a long trip so it is possible that the damage to my vehicle was simply revealed after washing but the point of this review is merely to point out the awful and aggressive way that my friend and I were treated when we visited Cartoon Car Wash. I will be contacting my insurance company to address the damage. Please do not go here. The wash was bad and the owner is even worse.

I paid for the drive through best wash available. There was no pre-wash soap, wash soap, or the coating at the end. The entire wash was just water. Haven't had that problem here before but don't think I'll be back. A total lack of maintenance.
