Hand down the worst Chase branch I've ever been to. Rude tellers, rude manager. Go to another branch. You'll be happy you did. This branch is good for basic banking needs only.

I came back today and had Catherine as my banker to help me open a new account for my mom, she was fantastic, quick and easy unlike yesterday where i waited almost 2 hrs. Thank you Catherine.

Catherine & David set the standard for Customer Service in the Ft Pierce location. No matter the issue I’ve had, they navigate it seamlessly. If I could give them 10 ⭐️’s I would. They ARE stellar, I wouldn’t bank anywhere else!!

The ATM machine outside never works it’s always down or there’s an error and I have to call to make sure my deposit went through .

I like Chase but this branch is understaffed. On a 90 minute wait to open an account, which is not the case with other area banks.

Calling whole day atleast 7 times for Notary inquiry on 05/11, no one is picking up the call. Please disconnect the phone connection and save your money.

I was the victim of wire fraud. Chase has been completely unhelpful and even detrimental to the process of trying to make it right. If you call their hotline it directs you to secure messages, if you use secure messages it directs you to their hotline. Thanks for showing how little your customers mean to you. I’ll be taking my business else where.
